CyDat Industries, LLC ("CyDat") is developing a leading edge design, 81,000 SF, 10.5MW, Tier 3 data center facility in Pendleton, Oregon. CyDat will have a dedicated Power Island on the data center site. This feature will make the data center independent of the electrical power grid. The CyDat Data Center is to be on 11.89 acres and intended to be a full turnkey data center ready for tenant occupancy. The CyDat design is based on a Modular concept. This includes adiabatic cooling, which reduces cost, reduces power usage and is environment friendly. ​
