As Senior Sales Manager, Alan Saway leads the Digital Resolve business development efforts. He brings more than 10 years of experience successfully working with Fortune 1000 executives and companies across a variety of industries, including financial services, insurance, nonprofits and more, to deliver technology solutions that help solve online security, fraud prevention and compliance challenges created in a constantly changing global business marketplace. Additionally, he has extensive experience in the IP Intelligence and geolocation space providing security, fraud prevention and risk management solutions to leading ecommerce companies, payment platforms, and online gaming organizations. Prior to Digital Resolve, he marketed enterprise-level field service scheduling software to global companies including Coca-Cola, Siemens and AT&T. Saway holds a Masters of International Marketing degree from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, and a bachelor's degree in political science and French from the University of Southern Mississippi.

James brings more than 20 years of software design and development experience to his role as Vice President of Engineering for Digital Resolve. On a day-to-day basis, he leads the design and implementation of the Fraud Analyst product line and manages the development team responsible for delivering industry-leading online fraud protection solutions. Prior to his role at Digital Resolve, James developed software ranging from desktop applications to large-scale distributed Internet applications for companies including Panasonic, Netuitive, Telinet and Search Technology, Inc. James holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a BS in Computer Science from Columbus State University.

• As Vice President of Technology for Digital Resolve, Jeff Is Responsible for R & D and Operations for Fraud and Identity Theft Solutions

By leveraging his many years of software engineering experience and expertise in the IP Intelligence arena, Jeff ensures that Digital Resolve delivers first-class enterprise solutions. Jeff is a co-inventor of the Authentication Gateway, which enables quick application-independent integration of Fraud Analyst. Jeff is the co-inventor of Digital Resolve's Trusted Server technology currently used in Microsoft's Internet Explorer Phishing Filter. He is also co-inventor of E-Scam, Digital Resolve's patent-pending anti-phishing product that is currently in deployment with Earthlink, the nation's second largest ISP. Jeff was one of the first employees to join Digital Resolve's parent company, Digital Envoy, where he was instrumental in the design and implementation of the company's patented IP Intelligence technologies, which currently drive much of the functionality of Digital Resolve's solutions. He continues to lead research into future advances of IP Intelligence in order to leverage these enhanced capabilities for current and future Digital Resolve products. Jeff's team is also responsible for world-class operation of Digital Resolve's hosted products. Prior to joining Digital Envoy, Jeff held several software engineering positions within Arris Interactive focusing on the cable-telephony provider's ETSI V5.2 implementation. Prior to Arris he worked for Scientific Research Corporation, working on several projects for the Naval Space Surveillance System. Jeff graduated from Clemson University with a BS in Computer Science.
