Dr. Aaron Feinstein

Dr. Aaron Feinstein is board-certified in Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery and fellowship-trained in Laryngology and Professional Voice. Dr. Feinstein studied neuroscience at the University of Southern California, earning membership in Phi Beta Kappa and distinction as a USC Renaissance Scholar. He attended Yale University School of Medicine, where he received both Doctor of Medicine and Master of Health Science degrees and was recognized with multiple awards, including the Frank Parker Prize for the graduating student with the best qualifications for a successful physician. Dr. Feinstein pursued his surgical residency at UCLA Medical Center and excelled in patient care and leadership roles. He was selected for a prestigious fellowship in Laryngology and Professional Voice at UCLA, where he enhanced his proficiency in treating elite singers, actors and other persons with demanding vocal needs. Dr. Feinstein has published extensively in peer-reviewed medical journals, authored several book chapters on ear, nose and throat disorders, and given talks at local and national meetings. He serves as a Voluntary Assistant Clinical Professor for the Department of Head and Neck Surgery at UCLA. Dr. Feinstein was raised in Indiana, where he developed his passion for music through saxophone and clarinet performance. He remains a music enthusiast and enjoys the theatrical and cinematic arts. He loves the outdoors, frequently visiting Southern California?s beautiful beaches and hiking trails with his wife.

DR. ALI STROCKER

Dr. Strocker was an assistant clinical professor of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at USC-Keck School of Medicine and has been an attending surgeon at Children's Hospital Los Angeles, where she specialized in ear reconstruction. Dr. Strocker is a fellow of the American Academy for Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. She is a member of the Los Angeles County Medical Association and the California Medical Association. Dr. Strocker is on staff at Providence Tarzana Medical Center and Valley Presbyterian Hospital. She loves caring for children of all ages and their ear, nose, and throat problems. She has a special interest and training in congenital ear deformities and reconstruction.

Dr. Amy Bansal

Dr. Amy Bansal graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Economics at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York. After choosing a career in medicine, she went on to pursue a medical degree at the University of Southern California. There, her academic and clinical achievements earned her Dean's Recognition, the David Berman Pharmacology Scholarship and induction into the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. She then completed internship and residency at Rutgers University. She later completed a fellowship in head and neck oncology and microvascular reconstruction at the University of Iowa. Dr. Bansal has been recognized for her clinical excellence and achievements. She travelled to numerous national meetings to present her academic research and was published in peer-reviewed journals She was recognized for her commitment to teaching with a nomination for the Golden Apple Teaching award, and earned multiple awards for scoring the highest on the in-service and mock oral examinations. Dr. Bansal is board-certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery and is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery. In her free time, she enjoys trying new restaurants, and spending time with her husband, daughter, and dog Bruce.

Dr. David W. Martin

Dr. David W. Martin received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Brandeis University, and his medical degree from the New York University School of Medicine. He then completed his six years of internship and residency training in Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery at The Manhattan Eye, Ear & Throat Hospital Cornell Residency Program. To further his expand his knowledge, he completed Fellowship training in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. Dr. Martin has over 20 years of surgical experience, including Head and Neck Surgery training at some of New York's best hospitals including New York City's NYU - Langone, New York Hospital - Cornell Medical Center, Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, Lenox Hill Hospital and Manhattan Eye, Ear & Throat Hospital. Dr. Martin is board-certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery, and a Member of The American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He is a member of the Los Angeles Society of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery, American Academy of Otolaryngology, Los Angeles County Medical Association and the California Medical Association. Dr. Martin has been frequently interviewed by television, radio, and print media. Dr. Martin has a comprehensive practice devoted to the care of adults and children with disorders of the the ear, nose, throat, head and neck. He has particular interest in the management of nasal airway obstruction, functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty, chronic sinusitis, endoscopic sinus surgery, reconstruction of nasal defects, and is considered one of the preeminent surgeons for the in-office balloon sinuplasty procedure. Some other conditions he treats include, but are not limited to, pediatric otolaryngology, salivary and thyroid tumors, ear infections and hearing loss. Hospital Affiliations include Providence Tarzana Medical Center, Encino Outpatient Surgery Center, Valley Presbyterian Hospital, and Barlow Respiratory Hospital. Dr. Martin is licensed to practice medicine in both California and New York. On a personal note, Dr. Martin is an avid reader, cyclist, and loves hiking the canyons of Los Angeles. He is also a six-time Ironman finisher. He grew up in Upstate New York, but is a native Californian having been born in San Francisco. He has been happily married for 25 years and has two adult children. He is still waiting for the Knicks to win their first championship since 1973.

Dr. Birns is a diplomate of the American Board of Otolaryngology, a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery, a specialty fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Dr. Marc Cohen

Dr. Marc Cohen was raised in New York City, where hospital volunteer work and an avid interest in science launched his drive to become a physician. His academic journey began at Dartmouth College and continued at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in Chicago. He earned his medical degree at Stony Brook University (SUNY) at the top of his class and as president of the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. He then headed west to complete and Otolaryngology / Head and Neck Surgery internship and residency at UCLA, along with a cosmetic surgery fellowship in Beverly Hills. Throughout his medical training, Dr. Cohen has received multiple travel grants for surgical research and numerous awards including the UCLA School of Medicine's award for best teaching chief resident. He remains on faculty there as an Assistant Clinical Professor for the Division of Head and Neck Surgery. Most recently, he won the UCLA award for best teaching faculty member. Dr. Cohen is board-certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology. In addition, he is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology / Head & Neck Surgery. He has been published in peer-reviewed medical journals, written a book chapter on rhinoplasty, and presented medical research at meetings across the country. Dr. Cohen is an avid golfer, novice chef and music enthusiast. He is happily married with two adorable children.

Dr. Michael D. Landman

Dr. Michael Landman was born, raised, and educated in Los Angeles. Completing undergraduate work at UCLA, he graduated With Highest Honors, then stayed on at UCLA for Medical School finishing in 1967 With Honors and membership in the Medical Honor Society, A.O.A. Not wanting to leave Southern California, he completed a Straight Medical Internship at Harbor General Hospital, a year of Surgical Residency at (where else?) UCLA, and finally the Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Residency at (guess) UCLA. Dr. Landman served in the Air Force for two years, teaching Otolaryngology at David Grant Medical Center. Returning to Los Angeles, he became an Associate Clinical Professor at (stumped?) UCLA, performing various teaching duties over the years. Missing the excitement of school, Dr. Landman returned to the UCLA Anderson School of Business to complete an M.B.A. in 1997. Dr. Landman is certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, a Fellow of the American Society for Head and Neck Surgery, a Fellow of the American Society of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and a Fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery. He is a Past President of the Los Angeles Society of Otolaryngology; a Past Program Chairman and Treasurer of the Research Study Club of Los Angeles, a continuing education program for otolaryngologists; and served as Chief of Staff at Valley Presbyterian Hospital.

Dr. Michael Ghiam
