Diane Kurtz is a founding member of FLYTEgroup and has been with us since the days when we were known as ‘The Conference Connection'.
Having built the organization through successful meeting and event planning programs, along with collaborations in the hospitality and travel industry, Diane's experience is recognized among industry leaders.
As CEO of FLYTEgroup, Diane facilitates international development and multi-cultural relations worldwide through successful partnerships between FLYTEgroup clients and vendors. Diane oversees the direction and business relationships that FLYTEgroup has developed since 1983 and provides FLYTEgroup's project management direction.

Jim Fausel brings over 25 years of operational and management experience in the aviation and hospitality sector to support FLYTEgroup's worldwide customers.
In 2008, Jim became President of this family-run business, managing FLYTEgroup's daily worldwide operations, building the company's already expansive global network of diverse customers and hotel suppliers, and providing customized worldwide travel solutions to a variety of global enterprises.
Starting his career in airline crew resources in 1993, Jim's airline career progressed to Pilot the Boeing 757 and Airbus A320 aircraft families, ending his career in flight operations management for a major US airline. Jim has traveled to over 45 countries, developing face-to-face relationships with customers and suppliers, ensuring FLYTEgroup customers have best in class product knowledge and representation.
Jim is a rated Airline Transport Pilot in the Boeing 737, 757/767, Airbus 320 and Beechcraft 1900.
Kitti TONGPAT (nickname "Brand") is the Account Coordinator for FLYTEgroup and is based in Bangkok, Thailand. Originally Brand is from Surin, in Northeast Thailand, and has been with FLYTEgroup since 2015 when he started as a Thai/English translating consultant for client hotel requirements in Thailand. Brand ultimately was brought on board full time to provide back-office Account support for all worldwide FLYTEgroup transactions. Brand's attention to detail and devotion to customer service have proved valuable working a job for FLYTEgroup that involved looking at 'numbers' day-in and day-out. Brand frequently travels to meet face to face with hotels from Asia, Middle East, and the USA, to build local relationships for FLYTEgroup and its valued clientele.
Melvern Aristo (Nickname: Mel) works for FLYTEgroup Asia Operations and is based in Bangkok, Thailand.

Ray Nuttaphon is the VIP Account Manager and Asia Operations Counsel for FLYTEgroup. Ray attended ABAC University with a degree focus on Marketing and Hospitality Management. Ray has traveled extensively throughout Asia, the USA, and Europe, focusing on targeted site selection for the VIP and Luxury Travel community that relies on FLYTEgroup to support global bookings for the elite travelers.

Winter Wood is our international global account liaison. Joining FLYTEgroup in 2009, Winter has expanded his role from operational support and administration to worldwide business development and client relationship management.
Winter is an active member of the Native American tribal community and further develops opportunities to build travel programs for indigenous peoples worldwide. Having traveled around the world multiple times, visiting clients, and conducting numerous hotel site inspections, Winter has developed a trusted network of hotel resources for FLYTEgroup customers.
