Whakamana Te Tāngata, formally known as Forward Focus, was originally set up with government contracts to work with youth in the justice system. For over a decade the Forward Focus team have worked with over 1000 young people in and around Hamilton assisting them into work and education. We upheld a 91% success rate of transitioning youth either back into education or into work experience or work. Forward Focus has delivered to over 5000 families in the greater Waikato area life skills training including our flag ship product "The Potato Chip Theory".
