Agustin Pereira

Agustin is a Legal Assistant at Ganey Law Group. Agustin is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts - Amherst, where he earned his bachelor's degree first in Economics and later in Corporate Finance. During the course of his studies and beyond, Agustin acted in diverse roles across a variety of industries, including investment banking with Wells Fargo and renewable energy with Triple Oak Power. In 2023, Agustin joined Ganey Law Group, where he is now a legal assistant working on business and investor visas. Agustin is a compassionate individual who places our clients' needs first and has shown meticulous attention to detail.

Amy Cantrell

Amy is a Legal Assistant at Ganey Law Group. Amy possesses dual degrees in International Affairs and Political Science from Gettysburg College, where she was captain of the Cross-Country and Track & Field teams. Amy's undergraduate studies revolved around migration studies, human rights, comparative politics, and history; her senior thesis was on Refugee and Asylum Policy in Scandinavia. Amy's studies and her passion for exploration have deepened her interest in immigration law and continually drive her to assist individuals navigating immigration legal procedures.

Anica Jovanovic

Anica Jovanovic is the Operations Manager at Ganey Law Group. She is responsible for ensuring the firm's seamless functioning. Having a strong foundation as a paralegal, she brings invaluable expertise to her role. Anica is originally from Serbia and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Educons University. Anica is fluent in both English and Serbian.

Carolina Enriquez

Carolina Enriquez is a Paralegal at Ganey Law Group. Carolina has assisted with various family and employment-based visa petitions, unlawful presence waivers, humanitarian parole requests, and nonimmigrant visa applications. Carolina grew up close to the Southern border, where her interest in immigration law began. She has always had a passion for helping individuals and her community. Witnessing her mother's successful immigration journey, she concluded that the immigration field is where she wants to grow her profession. Due to her personal ties with immigration, Carolina cares deeply about her work, and is committed to assisting individuals and their families in reaching their immigration goals. Outside of work, Carolina enjoys reading, spending time with her pets, gardening, and outdoor activities such as kayaking on the Potomac River and hiking.

George Ganey

George Ganey is the founding partner at Ganey Law Group. He is a passionate advocate for his clients. He has significant experience advising individuals and businesses on all immigration matters, including investment-based immigration, family and employment-based visa petitions, and waivers of inadmissibility. George designs creative and effective legal strategies and is deeply committed to helping each client achieve their goals, and ensures that each team member works diligently to win the most favorable outcome for Ganey Law Group's clients. George is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the Federal Bar Association. Outside of his responsibilities at the firm, George enjoys reading, playing golf, and spending time with his wife and young children. George earned his J.D. from American University Washington College of Law, where he was an Articles Editor of the International Law Review and a classroom legal rhetoric fellow, and his Bachelor of Arts at Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH. George is fluent in Spanish and Catalan.
