Her background includes qualifications and training in facilitation, coaching, education, counselling, science, and professional membership of NZAC. Known for her warmth, passion and collaborative approach, Chris motivates individuals and teams to unlock their potential and get transformational results. Chris' excellent communication skills enable her to work in partnership with any business and at all levels. Combining powerful business acumen with an engaging style, Chris adds real value to every client she works with. When Chris isn't working she loves spending time with family and friends, recharging in nature, engaged in various sports, reading a good book or relaxing with a glass of wine

Rhys Watson

With 20 years of industry and project management experience, Rhys is passionate about delivering successful projects - large or small - anchored around effective and diplomatic communication. A Director of training and consulting business providing leadership, guidance and support in a variety of sectors, including government, corporate and not for profit, Rhys is heavily involved with the Project Management community. He serves as the Membership Lead for the Project Management Institute of NZ and willingly undertakes to advise on numerous projects and initiatives to improve and provide value to the community directly and at large.
