Born in Hong Kong of a Chinese mother and English father, he has an in-depth understanding of the challenges multiculturalism brings to the workplace. It is also the foundation on which his innate understanding of the psychological impact of diversity, inclusion and culture bring to the business environment is built.

With 20 years of industry and project management experience, Rhys is passionate about delivering successful projects - large or small - anchored around effective and diplomatic communication. A Director of training and consulting business providing leadership, guidance and support in a variety of sectors, including government, corporate and not for profit, Rhys is heavily involved with the Project Management community. He serves as the Membership Lead for the Project Management Institute of NZ and willingly undertakes to advise on numerous projects and initiatives to improve and provide value to the community directly and at large.
