Andrew Turnbull

Andrew Turnbull is an entrepreneur with extensive experience in establishing and expanding businesses. As founder and CEO of Canberra's largest accounting firm, Walter Turnbull, Andrew oversaw the growth and eventual sale of the company over an 18 year period rising to employ more than 300 staff, 18 partners and offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Darwin. Upon the acquisition of Walter Turnbull by PwC Andrew took over as Managing Partner at PwC for Canberra and was responsible for culture, systems, process and client integration with responsibility for 350 employees and 15 partners servicing a diverse range of government and private customers. Since leaving PwC, Andrew has started a new business Greenlight Super and is currently on a number of corporate and community boards.

Bill Mobbs - Chairman

Bill Mobbs is an entrepreneur with a passion for innovation and technology. Over his 30 plus years of experience in Healthcare and technology he has won numerous awards and has authored over 20 families of patents. Bill is the Executive Chairman and Founder of ITL Limited, an ASX listed global medical device company. He was also Executive Chairman and Founder of MyHealthTest Pty. Ltd. (prior to acquisition by ITL) a specialized laboratory testing company, and Targeted Genomics Pty. Ltd. a specialised Genomic testing company both of which are privately held companies. Bill is also a Director of not-for-profit organizations Hospital IP, with branches in Australian Capital Territory (ACT), New South Wales (NSW) and Queensland (QLD) Australia.

Mark Peatey

Mark was a partner with Ernst & Young prior to founding Maxim in 1997 and P 2 Advisory in 2016. Mark has extensive experience in providing specialised advice in chartered accounting and commerce. He has dedicated knowledge within the private sector, and a particular focus on emerging and growing businesses by providing insights into further options for funding and structuring growth both organically and by merger/acquisition. Mark also has considerable expertise with property development and the construction and hospitality industries. Mark works closely with his clients to develop and create practical strategies, helping them achieve their maximum potential. He is a keen advocate of corporate governance (having established and continuing to participate in various client advisory and statutory boards from not for profit to public companies). Mark has also developed many products and consulting techniques that have further enhanced Maxim's and P 2 Advisory service culture.

Stephanie Norrell - VP

Stephanie Norrell currently serves as Vice President Global Sales and Marketing for ITL. Over the last 20 years she has been responsible for strategy and execution of international sales and marketing. In addition to sales, she is responsible for identifying new markets, new product opportunities, supporting product design, overseeing clinical trials, international product launches, and complex multi-site product implementations. In addition to Global Sales and Marketing. Stephanie is responsible for management of ITL BioMedical North America operations. Previously, Stephanie was the Senior VP of Operations, Blood Services for the American Red Cross, overseeing operations across the United States. Stephanie began her career as a clinical registered nurse.
