JR Civil was formed in 2013 in Sheridan, Wyoming with one purpose in mind - fulfill a need. What was needed in the region was a civil contractor that was timely, economical, and knowledgeable. At the same time, that company needed to have the flexibility, drive, and resources to cut through the red tape of large corporate structures to simply get the job done... JR Civil delivers projects through a variety of contracting approaches ranging from traditional contracting arrangements to turnkey design-build and CM/GC project execution...
