LCD Group is one of eight national recipients of USDA Rural Development's Meat and Poultry Intermediary Lending Program (MPILP). The $10 million grant - the largest in LCD Group's history - will create a new Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) to support North Dakota's meat and poultry industry. Boulevard Avenue Apartments in Bismarck officially opens, providing 120 units of affordable rental housing in the Bismarck-Mandan area.
