Allen brings more than 25 years of diverse experience in Marketing and Vendor Management to Macrosoft Inc. As the Vice President of our Customer Communications Management (CCM) practice, Allen leads the Onshore and Off-shore CCM development teams. Additionally, Allen oversees pre-sales activities and is responsible for managing the relationship with our CCM software provider Quadient.
Allen was instrumental in Macrosoft joining Quadient's Partner Advantage Program and acts as the primary point of contact. He focuses on driving projects to completion on time and on budget. Allen understands the importance of partnering and deepening relationships while striving to better the customer experience.
Prior to joining Macrosoft Inc. Allen held Marketing Management positions at Charter Communications, Heraeus Kulzer, Fuji Film Medical Systems and Montage Media. Allen holds a BBA in Business Administration from Pace University and has training certificates in ISO 13485 and ISO 14971.
Anbarasi has 9 years of experience in the Web Application testing domain, conducting testing activities on complex systems to meet program requirements. She has strong SDLC knowledge with experience in writing & executing test cases and test scenarios also experienced in various types of testing - Functional, Regression, Integration. She has sound experience in Data-Driven Test Framework using Selenium WebDriver & Java. Also involved in Testing API's using Postman. Anbarasi has secured the following certifications:

Anju has close to 3 years of experience in Customer Communication Management and Document Composition Tools primarily using GMC Quadient Inspire. She has hands on experience in working with CCM Technology frameworks such as GMC Inspire Designer, and GMC Inspire Interactive. She works closely with the customers in collecting and refining the requirements, designing the application, and driving the development. She possesses basic to advanced levels of certifications in designer, interactive, scalar, automation, and digital advanced suite. Also, she engages new members of the team by providing training and hand-holding as part of on-boarding activities. Anju holds a master's degree in Control and Instrumentation Engineering.
Archana has 12 years of experience in accounts management and team maintenance. She is good at establishing, maintaining, and coordinating the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures. As an accountant, she handles financial audits, reconciles bank statements, and ensures financial records are accurate throughout the year. Her main role in the organization is to document financial transactions, monitor the efficiency of existing accounting procedures ensuring they comply with government regulations and cooperate with auditors in preparing audit reports.

Dr. Edward Sable is the Vice Chairman, Board of Directors of Macrosoft, Inc. Prior to joining Macrosoft, Ed owned and led a business development consulting firm where he generated significant amounts of revenue for small technology companies. Previously, Ed managed divisions at AT&T.
Ed is highly knowledgeable in the design and development of software applications and products. He has worked with major companies including Marriott, JC Penney, United Airlines, and others. Ed is leading the strategic development of new processes and products and is dedicated to providing leading-edge, cost-effective systems and solutions for Macrosoft's clients.
Ed received his BSEE, MSEE, and Doctorate in EE and Computer Science from Columbia University.

Ron is the Chairman and Founder of Macrosoft, Inc. He heads up all company strategic activities and directs day-to-day work of the Leadership Team at Macrosoft. As Macrosoft's Chief Scientist, Ron defines and structures Macrosoft's path forward. Ron's focus on new technologies and products, such as Cloud, Big Data, and AI/ML/NLP. Ron has a Ph.D. in Theoretical Physics from New York University and worked in physics for over a decade at Yale University, The Fusion Energy Institute in Princeton, New Jersey, and at Argonne National Laboratory.
Ron also worked at Bell Laboratories in Murray Hill, New Jersey., where he managed a group on Big Data. Ron's work focused around the early work on neural networks. Ron has a career-long passion in ultra-large-scale data processing and analysis including predictive analytics, data mining, machine learning and deep learning.

Shah is a forward thinking, institutional leader with twenty years of experience. Throughout his tenure, Shah has delivered top notch customer solutions in large scale and enterprise environments. His proven abilities as a technology visionary and driver of strategic business systems development allow Macrosoft to deliver best in class software solutions. Shah is the catalyst that brings IT to organizations, enables innovation, and expands the delivery of global capabilities. He also fuels business growth, and optimizes delivery while managing risks and costs. Shah currently holds a compiler patent with the US Patent Office.
Shah holds an MBA (Computer Science), in addition to 20+ professional and technical certifications. While he is proficient in a variety of development languages, his preferred language is Python. His areas of expertise include enterprise-wide architecture, application migration, IT transformation, mobile, and offshore development management. Shah's ultimate goal, at Macrosoft, is to create a larger offering of product-based services while adopting new technologies.
In that rare instance when he has time for leisure, Shah is an avid cricket and football fan- as well as a weekly racquetball player.

Hasan is an accomplished IT Leader and Business solutions provider with 15+ years of experience. Leading cross functional teams, he oversee Project Managers to successfully delivered practical and customer-friendly solutions and work with Sales & Marketing teams to provide end-end solutions. He directly reports to CTO and takes part in organization's leadership & strategic planning.
He leads team of Data Scientists to implement AI/ML/NLP solutions. IoT team under his guidance implements IoT devices & cutting edge serverless Cloud solutions using AWS and Azure.
Hasan also has vast experience handling multiple verticals ranging from web applications for cloud/on-premises, desktop and kiosk solution. He has been handling multiple teams, standardizing items pertaining to project planning, execution, managing resources, risk and crunch situations.

Imran Aslam is a Lead Developer, at Macrosoft. With over 15 years of experience, Imran leads legacy migration projects and is a wealth of knowledge. Additionally, Imran practices C#, AngularJS 1.X, Angular X, .Net Framework and .Net Core.
Further, Imran acts as a mentor and team leader. In his decade long tenure, Imran has led web application development, FoxPro conversions, and ASP applications. Also, Imran collaborates with client teams, leads the Agile scrum, and ensures timely completion of projects.

Imran serves as Macrosoft's Migration Director. With two decades of industry experience, Imran continues to demonstrate his ability to ensure seamless migrations. Imran works with Project Managers, sales/strategy teams, and clients to ensure the successful migration of legacy applications. Moreover, Imran exhibits effective communication skills and an eye for quality service.
As a Microsoft Certified and PMI Project Management Professional, Imran can migrate a myriad of difficult technologies. Most recently, he migrated a VFP legacy application which communicated to networking equipment. Testing the application without detailed knowledge of the domain was the real challenge.

Joe Rafanelli is the Manager of Technical Solutions at Macrosoft. In this capacity, Joe acts as the single point of contact for Macrosoft's migration solutions. Additionally, he collaborates with internal technology analysts to understand requirements, work scope, and maintain client relationships ensuring their satisfaction .
Prior to joining Macrosoft in May 2017, Joe had over 25 years of experience in the Banking Industry. Equally, Joe focused on Account Management, Project Management, Implementation Management, and Product Development. Moreover, Joe is excellent at improving the client experience by driving change management projects to completion. Previously, Joe held the following positions in the following institutions: JPMorgan, Citigroup and Brown Brother Harriman.

John is the Chief Operating Officer for Macrosoft. In that capacity, he works with new and existing clients to clearly understand their requirements and translate them for the software development teams. John has extensive experience in Six Sigma, Lean Engineering and managing international operations. His background has allowed him to be responsible for ensuring ongoing client satisfaction. John consistently provides excellent customer service, ensur ing the highest quality.
John collaborates with all members of the leadership and operation teams, during the creation of new services. Similarly, he is Macrosoft's corporate face, ensuring our messaging and content represent the high-tech, high-quality of Macrosoft.
John is a frequent speaker at industry events and is the Chairman of the Morris County Chamber of Commerce Tech Talk Forum.
Though John always takes his work very seriously, he does not take himself so serious. Outside of work, John sits on the Board of Directors for Family Nature Summits. Additionally, he plays tennis and enjoys every outdoor activity.

Khurram Sarbuland Khan is a Technical Project Manager who leads our BI Team to develop reliable BI products and help clients to make best business decisions using state of the art visualizations based on carefully garnered historical business data.
Khurram believes to win client's satisfaction by robustness, quality and readiness for requirements change. Khurram has 14 years of international experience, worked 10 years in Germany with leading companies, helping in retaining and securing big projects.
Khurram has Oracle, SAS and Microsoft/edX Certifications in Database Administration, Data Integration Development and PowerBI respectively. He is a Data Science Enthusiast. Khurram holds a Master of Science degree in Software Technology from Stuttgart University of Applied Sciences, Stuttgart, Germany.
Muhammad Nauman Afzal is a seasoned Project Manager who leads Multimedia and Mobile Application development for Android and iOS. Nauman is an expert on custom solution development for Amazon Web Services. Additionally, Nauman's work specializes in the All in One Communication Technology and Mobile Multidirectional Multimedia. Moreover, he specializes in HIPPA complaint solutions for Macrosoft's Healthcare Enterprise Solutions.
Nauman has earned Macrosoft's star employee status for his contributions on challenging projects. Nauman has a Master's in CS and several certifications in his areas of interest.
Mats Samuelsson is a 30-year tech professional. Mats has extensive experience in IoT (Internet of Things), telecommunications and entrepreneurial development. As the Director of IoT Services at Macrosoft, Mats is leading our effort to provide both complete end-to-end IoT stack solutions and value added Systems Integration solutions for existing or planned IoT solutions. Under his leadership the practice is focused on Industrial IoT solutions for small, medium and large customers. His broad expertise provide our clients with subject matter expertise as well as state of the art solutions designed for business success.
With a bachelor's degree in computer science Asif is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). He started his career as Java Software Engineer in 2004 and worked on various technologies stacks across different business domains. During his 17 years career mostly Asif have developed and managed projects in banking and telecom industries. He has an excellent track record in project management, implementations and successfully delivered many medium to large projects with 100% customer satisfaction.
Before Macrosoft, In his last role he was working as Technical Project Manager in Saudi National Bank, ranked as the biggest bank in KSA and 3rd largest in Gulf region. Although he is a project manager by profession, still loves programming and writes code in java in his free time. Apart from work Asif plays cricket and squash over the weekends.
Muhammad Saghir Khan has overall experience of 30 plus years in Corporate Sector including management, financial, taxation, industrial/corporate affairs issues. Saghir joined Macrosoft Pakistan in October 2007.
Saghir liaises with US Management to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals, plans and monitors the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress, supervises employees from different departments and provides constructive feedback, evaluates regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvement. Reviews financial information and adjusts operational budgets within approved limits, formulates policies and promote their implementation, and ensures that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations.
He holds a Master's degree in "Public Administration" from the University of the Punjab, Lahore. He also plays a vital role in many welfare activities
Muzaffar Ali is a Project Manager who leads Macrosoft's Health Information Systems. He and his team deliver reliable, compliant, and secure solutions to healthcare clients. Muzaffar develops high performance and highly scalable applications. Moreover, he uses Monolithic and Microservice based architecture using advanced technologies.
Further, Muzaffar has worked on several large-Pharma and health care product ecosystems. Notably, he has delivered HIPAA compliant solutions products running in the US, UK, and Germany.
Muzaffar holds a Master's Degree in CS. Additionally, he holds various cloud platforms certifications and certifications in HIPAA compliant Datica (previously known as Catalyze).

Before joining Macrosoft, she was with Yarab Technologies Pvt Ltd, as Quality Analyst.

Preetha is an experienced project manager and has 17 years of experience in the field of IT and software development. She has been responsible for organizing and leading various cross-functional teams . She has worked for IBM, Municipality at Canada and University of Houston in which she has played a critical role in delivering the projects and following the project management principles at various levels of software development lifecycle. She has delivered the million dollar project and been a backbone in migrating the entire municipal website from enterprise content management system to an open source environment with high security.

Rahat Ali plays a leading role in keeping Macrosoft's organizational infrastructure running. As Director of Finance, Rahat handles all invoicing, receivables, vendor management and leads the company's accounts department.
Beyond this, Rahat acts in the capacity of a collection's specialist being responsible for managing and collection all the outstanding accounts receivables from clients. She also works to resolve customer billing problems and reduce the open amount of accounts receivables. With more than 16 years of experience, she regularly and consistently assists clients to solve and address financial issues.
Keeping the finances in order is a never-ending series of tasks, even so, Rahat actively organizes and manages Macrosoft's social events. Specifically, her team enthusiasm has enabled her to handle the yearend holiday party, team lunches and after-hours activities. These activities promote team-synergy and peer networking. Her positive outlook and likability help Macrosoft develop great relationships with employees, clients and vendors.
Sana Sheikh, having 8 years of professional experience, plays a vital role in smooth running of HR functions at Macrosoft Pakistan. As HR Manager, Sana handles HR Management such as developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands or other issues, passionate about bringing up the best talent across the globe. She also manages, preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating. Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed. Apart from that, she also caters client communication and event organisation within Macrosoft Pakistan.

As an 14-year veteran of Macrosoft, Richard operates as Macrosoft's Director of US Recruitment. Richard's main focus is talent acquisition, client support, and managing the full life cycle of the recruitment process. Additionally, Richard specializes in the placement of qualified IT resources. Generally, these recruits move into a broad client base of IT, Infrastructure and Telecom industries.
Richard takes pride in making sure that the recruitment process is risk-free. Further, Richard recommends and implements process changes to meet business goals. Additionally, he addresses candidate delivery issues and manages risks to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of recruitment services to Macrosoft's clients.
Venkatraman Rajaram is a QA Lead supervising the Macrosoft QA team by ensuring the quality of the projects to meet client expectations. He is an ISTQB Certified Agile Tester, Certified Jmeter Tester, Microsoft Test Associate (MTA) and holds ISTQB Foundation Level certification.
Venkatraman is a hands-on technology professional accustomed to working in a complex, project-based agile environment. Additionally, he supervises the QA team in developing and implementing quality-assurance and quality-control methodologies to ensure compliance with industry- recognized QA standards.
Furthermore, he has received appreciations from clients and Macrosoft, and was awarded the best performer for one of our migration projects. Venkatraman holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics and Communication Engineering.

Vinu Vijayan leads the document composition services practice at Macrosoft. As an experienced architect and leader in various mainframe migration, UNIX and document composition methodologies, Vinu has led various large scale client projects.
Vinu works directly with clients, understanding their requirements, architects the solution and leads the development effort for successful project delivery and completion. To his credit, he has led several large scale document composition and integrated marketing solutions projects for market leaders and innovators.
Vinu Vijayan holds a B.S. in Computer Science and various industry certifications. He is certified in IBM Mainframe Technology and professionally trained on Data Warehousing and Informatica.
