Adele's practice primarily focuses on representing local government entities, including school districts and special districts. Her breadth and depth of experience, and commitment to the community and the school system makes her a valuable resource to large and small special districts and school districts statewide. In addition to her work in education and special district law, Adele's practice areas include contracts, employment law, and liquor licensing.
Adele has counseled and defended clients concerning a variety of special education matters, student discipline, labor and employment matters, Board of Education and Board of Directors issues, policy development, charter school issues, and many other aspects of law related to the operations of schools and special districts. She has participated in negotiations of collective bargaining agreements with both teacher and fire unions in many roles, including as the spokesperson, facilitator, and trainer of Interest Based Bargaining techniques.
With extensive experience in governmental relations and liquor licensing matters, Adele has successfully handled fact finding and administrative hearings, as well as arbitrations, mediations, trials, and liquor license applications for new businesses, transfers of ownership, corporate changes, and special events.

Alison focuses entirely on the practice of water law. Brian represents individuals and business in real estate and business transactions. Cameron Grant leads the Firm's Real Estate Team and is one of the most talented and creative attorneys in real estate and business. Cameron is a powerhouse in land use and real estate transactions requiring complicated structuring, playing to his strength as an innovator and his knowledge of the region. He previously served as the Firm's Managing Shareholder and now focuses his energy on client representation, team supervision and community involvement.
Cameron's client work includes representing homebuilders, real estate developers, investors, contractors and owners in connection with the acquisition, development and management of real estate projects, including residential subdivisions, condominiums, master-planned communities, industrial and office buildings. Cameron's business work involves transactions of all sizes, including joint ventures, business structure and strategy, and general corporate counseling.
Outside the office, Cameron actively supports the health of his community. From his time leading the Longmont Housing Authority to his current role as chair of the Longmont Economic Development Partnership, Cameron takes a hands-on approach to solving the problems of housing and economic development.
An active real estate investor and developer, Cameron participates in and manages projects in the Northern Colorado region. His personal experience in business and development provides hands-on experience and insight that benefit his work for his clients.
Cameron feels fortunate to have established a reputation in the region as a problem solver and creative thinker. June 2016: The Longmont City Council appoints Cameron Grant as the newest member of the Board of Directors of the Longmont Housing Authority. Cameron will serve a 5-year term on the Board and be charged with furthering the LHA mission to provide housing and related services to low and moderate income families, elderly and disabled households and to relieve the community of substandard housing.

A member of the water practice group, Casey provides counsel to municipalities, special districts, mutual ditch companies, water users' associations, and individual water users. Growing up in the Roaring Fork Valley in Colorado, he was impressed by the scarcity of water in the area. This led to his desire to attend Law School to become a water attorney.

Cathy Tallerico is a litigator who specializes in representing governmental entities such as school districts and special districts. She works closely with boards and executives on a wide variety of legal matters including policy development, employment matters, workplace investigations, open records and public meetings laws, education and student issues, constitutional issues, election matters, wage and hour issues and other matters which arise in day-to-day operations.

Matt Machado is an expert on surface water and groundwater rights, ditches, real property and water district law. For over 20 years, Matt has assisted special districts, municipalities, farmers, ranchers, landowners, mutual ditch companies, developers, investors, banks, private ditch and lateral owners, well user groups, and hunting clubs in acquiring, selling, developing and protecting interests in land and water rights throughout Colorado. Matt is an accomplished author and speaker on water rights issues.
Matt strives to achieve desirable outcomes for all of his clients given their goals, needs, and budget. In addition to his experience and legal skills, Matt employs a high degree of creativity to problems that often leads to a best fit solution.
Matt represents several water districts as either general or special counsel. He has guided many clients through complex, multi-million dollar transactions involving sales and leases of land and water. He serves as general counsel for ditch companies, some with hundreds of millions in assets. He has assisted many clients resolve disputes over access, ditch, reservoir, and seepage easements and boundary disputes.
