Aleata Postell is an accomplished Senior Leader in Pharmacy Operations and Service Delivery for notable organizations including Aetna, Prime Therapeutics, AllianceRx Walgreens Prime, and Walmart. She is an expert at building and expanding pharmacy programs, leading start-ups of Specialty Pharmacies, creating strategies for business acquisitions and mergers, leading specialty pharmacy migrations, serving as an Executive Chair on steering committees, and growing profitable multi-billion dollar organizations while maintaining quality and positive client experience. She is a subject matter expert in pharmacy programs and all aspects of pharmacy operations from contact center, business planning, quality assurance, and service excellence Outside of Aleata excelling in her corporate roles, she has a deep passion to develop and promote underprivileged youth and underrepresented communities. Her servitude is evident with her many years of mentorship serving high school juniors and seniors, college students, athletes, and minorities who are trying to pursue a higher education and secure scholarships. She ensures they are able to get the proper training and experience to foster their creativity, maturity and skills to close the gap for them to obtain gainful employment as young professionals. Not only has she been successful in her community and personal roles, but she has a strong desire for increasing diversity and inclusion in the workplace which she has proven by taking on mentees to groom them for senior leadership roles. With Aleata's heart and regard for people, we would be remiss not to mention the special care she takes with her own family including her husband of over 20 years and family of 3 boys (2 being a set of twins) and two daughters. She is also a sister, loving aunt, and caretaker of her mother. In her free time, she likes to hike new found trails, take mini vacations with her loved ones, or indulge in a good book. Hi everyone, my name is Anh Tuan "Nicholas" Phan and I am currently a P4 student at MCPHS Boston. I came to the US about 6 years ago from Vietnam and have been living in Boston since. Having been a member of SASP for the past 2 years, I was fortunate to be elected as the Director of Scholarly Activities this year. I am looking forward to learning more about different opportunities within specialty pharmacy, as well as create new initiatives to help student pharmacist achieve their goals through NASP-SASP. Benito Fernandez joined the Onco360 family in 2012 and is responsible for the development, execution, and maintenance of the enterprise's limited distribution and trade operations, which encompasses contracting, program implementation, reporting, and account management. Under Benito's leadership, Onco360 has experienced exponential growth in limited distribution products and patient support program offerings for patients and physicians. Over the past few years, Onco360 has added more than 60 new specialty programs and LDD drugs to our portfolio, establishing new partnerships with both big and small pharma/biotech manufacturers. Binny John is the President of Keycentrix. He is responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction for Keycentrix. Binny has expansive technology executive experience working for Fortune 50 companies including McKesson, GE Capital, and Cigna. He has consistently driven profitable growth by focusing on understanding and delivering the most relevant customer outcomes. Binny joined the company in 2021. Prior to Keycentrix, he worked for McKesson for over 18 years including 12 years in executive roles, where he managed a portfolio of customer facing technology products and services catering to the retail pharmacies and hospital ambulatory pharmacies. Carmine DeNardo serves as General Manager, leading the specialty pharmacy business for Omnicell. Prior to Omnicell's acquisition of ReCept Pharmacy, Carmine was President and Chief Executive Officer of ReCept since 2009. In this post he was responsible for overseeing the company's long-term national growth, developing a multi-disciplined team focused on patient care and integration of strategic initiatives to expand specialty pharmaceutical care to large health systems. With more than 30 years of executive leadership in both retail and specialized pharmacy services, he was a key industry contributor in defining the "specialty" pharmacy model. Prior to joining ReCept, Carmine served as Chief Operating Officer for TheraCom, a service division of CVS Caremark, and Vice President of CVS Caremark Specialty Operations, overseeing all specialty retail locations across 25 states. Carmine earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from Northeastern University.

Dr. Angie Oster has over 17 years of experience in health system and managed care technology and administration. She has held the gamut of positions in both health system pharmacy informatics and pharmacy benefit management. Previously, as a former Vice President of Clinical Operations and Government Programs, she brings expertise in clinical program development, formulary and utilization management administration and client relationship advancement in the Medicare, multi-state Health Insurance Marketplace and Commercial lines of business representing health systems, health plans, and employer groups. Angie has participated in and spoken at multiple pharmacy technology advisory councils and forums and holds various electronic health record software certifications. In her role at MaxorPlus, Angie is responsible for generating our product roadmap and for setting the strategic direction for improving the health outcomes for the members we serve. Clinically, Angie completed her pharmacy practice residency at the University of Minnesota Medical Center and earned her Doctor of Pharmacy Degree at the University of Minnesota, College of Pharmacy.

Jennifer Noonan

Jennifer Noonan is a dedicated healthcare professional who joined Accessia Health as the Clinical Program Director in April 2021, bringing with her over 25 years of clinical nursing experience. Her commitment and expertise quickly led to her promotion as the Senior Director of Clinical Programs and Compliance. With a rich background in clinical practice and management across diverse healthcare settings, Jennifer possesses a deep understanding of program design and the delivery of services within highly regulated environments. Jennifer's career began in the fast-paced emergency department of St. Mary and Elizabeth Hospital in Louisville, KY, where she spent 17 years, assuming leadership roles and contributing to EMR development and enhancements. Her passion for healthcare technology and innovation continued with her instrumental role in the clinical development, training, and implementation of Cerner within the Jewish Health System in Louisville. In 2014, Jennifer transitioned into hospice and palliative care, where she held leadership positions in the care of both adult and pediatric patients. Her academic journey includes an associate degree in nursing from Kentucky State University, a bachelor's degree in nursing from Western Governors University, and a master's degree in nursing informatics with a focus on data analytics, also from Western Governors University. In September 2023, Jennifer was appointed to the Board of Directors for the National Association of Specialty Pharmacy (NASP), underscoring her industry expertise and leadership. Outside of her professional life, she is a dedicated family person, married to her husband Sean, and a proud parent of four teenagers. Karen has over 30 years of experience in pharmacy across several channels including Specialty pharmacy, mail order and retail pharmacy. In her current role as Vice President, Business Development for Inovalon's pharmacy business, Karen's responsibilities include leading industry relations, supporting the pharmacy sales and marketing teams and leading the Customer Advisory Board. Prior to joining Inovalon, she was responsible for sales and marketing at Creehan & Company which was acquired by Inovalon in 2016. Sheila M. Arquette, RPh, is the President & CEO of the National Association of Specialty Pharmacy (NASP). Sheila joined NASP in 2017 and has since substantially increased NASP membership, NASP member benefits and value, and expanded the NASP Annual Meeting & Expo held each year in the fall. Prior to joining NASP full-time, Sheila volunteered and contributed a great deal of time to NASP. She served on the NASP membership committee and as the co-chair of the government affairs committee. She was elected to the NASP Board of Directors and received the NASP Distinguished Service Award in September 2016. Sheila has extensive practical and leadership experience in retail pharmacy, hospital pharmacy, long-term care consulting and dispensing, in addition to managed care, PBM operations and specialty pharmacy. Prior to joining NASP, she was the Director of Pharmacy Services at Independent Health. Sheila serves on the University of Pittsburg's Master of Science in Pharmacy Business Administration (MSPBA) Executive Steering Board, Missouri State University's Customer Experience Program Advisory Board and is the host of the NASP Podcast on the Pharmacy Podcast Network.
