David Raphaël's career has spanned across diverse sectors, territories, and cultures. A Sorbonne graduate, he has notably spearheaded several diversification and internationalisation initiatives, both with Fortune 500 companies and for innovative start-ups. He has led multiples cross-cultural teams over different time zones with a focus on developing business and growth. For the past two decades he has been involved in oil and gas developments and the wider energy sector in the Mediterranean and Africa. He has also presided over a number of local and international NGOs for culture, arts, future generations, and education, has authored several articles for academic journals and was an editor for various publications. In 2010, he was made a Chevalier de l'Ordre des Arts et des Lettres of the Republic of France.

Donald joined PB Global Malta in 2018 after a long career with one of Malta's leading Shipping and Logistic Companies, which he had joined in 1989 at age 18. Over the years, he has handled the logistics and transhipment of containers at the Malta Freeport Terminal Hub, was responsible for global freight forwarding networks, sea, land and transport services, destination management, aircraft charter, warehouse facilities, removals, and customs clearance. Donald has also worked with some of the biggest film production companies, including a number of blockbusters shot in Malta. Today, Donald is Managing Director of PB Global, responsible for but not limited to the company's Shipping & Logistics including the Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Road (Europe) Trailer Service as well as Courier Services Worldwide.

Lucianne is a Certified Public Accountant, registered as an associate member of The Malta Institute of Accountants in 2016 following successful completion of the ACCA qualification. She was involved in a variety of industries over her 17 years' experience in an accounting role, where her first post was in the Finance Department at the InterContinental Malta. Lucianne joined PB Group in 2014 where she set up the internal controls and procedures for the successful operations of the accounting function. She now leads a small team overseeing the Group's accounting operations as well as promoting regulatory compliance across the Group, amongst other functions.

With a career spreading over almost 40 years, across a spectrum of sectors and roles, Roger comes with a wealth of experience. 27 of those years were centred in the oil and gas sector in North Africa. Roger previously occupied senior management positions with several leading companies including Salvo Grima, Medina Offshore and more recently, Edwards Lowell Co Ltd. He also chaired a voluntary NGO (Voices Foundation), organizing biennial charity concerts in Malta. Roger occupies the role of Chief Operations and Development Officer at PB Group overseeing daily operations, designing, and implementing business strategies, plans and procedures and setting comprehensive goals for performance and growth of the various group's companies.

Ron has over 40 years' experience in the international oil and gas sectors. An Instrumentation and Control Engineer, he has worked as a technician in the North Sea and Middle East. He previously was Middle East Sales Manager for a major metering systems company before setting up his own business selling various equipment into Oil Gas and Energy sectors into the Middle East, Eastern Europe, and Korea. He sold his business in the late 90's and entered the critical valve business, ending his career there in 2019 as group sales director in a specialist control valve company, after participating in the growth of the business from $25m to sales in excess of $130m.
