Brian has been developing and implementing mobile strategies for over fifteen years. Brian served as President/CEO of several innovative and revolutionary companies in the wireless space including: one of the first US mobile distribution companies; a finance company funded with a $200,000,000 securitized fund to provide construction and operational funding for new wireless carriers; and one of the first mobile e-commerce transactional sites that included a mobile data application initiative. Brian has taken his entrepreneurial experience to provide consulting services to companies in all areas of the wireless space to develop and deploy unique mobile go-to-market strategies and successful strategic carrier, OEM and content alliances. Internationally, Brian has mobile experience in South America, the Caribbean, Europe, Africa and Asia. Brian founded and is currently CEO of neXva, Inc., a cloud based provider of mobile content distribution solutions. At neXva, Brian oversees all aspects of the deployment of neXva's core technology platform and directly manages to business development. Brian has successfully brought neXva to distribution deals with International mobile operators such as Airtel, MTN and SoftBank. Through these relationships neXva will have coverage to over 300M mobile subscribers by the end of 2015. In addition to his hands-on business experience, Brian is an attorney and has practiced in the areas of corporate transactional law and business litigation. Brian is a frequent speaker on issues of mobile-content convergence, mobile marketing, mobile application development and distribution and business opportunities in emerging markets.
