TECH ENGINEERING was founded by Teak-Keun Kim, PhD, PE, in 2016 to offer accurate and on-time delivery of transportation noise analysis products to state transportation agencies and engineering consulting firms. Dr. Kim has successfully completed complex transportation noise analysis projects for the Arizona, California, Indiana, Kentucky, Missouri, and North Carolina state transportation agencies and local engineering consultants... Our focus is to deliver cost-efficient and effective noise abatement measures by working closely with transportation agencies and consulting firms to produce a solution that is accurate and consistent with established federal/state noise policy and abatement plans... We provide environmental noise studies for all types of projects including conceptual, planning, design, and construction phases of the transportation planning process. Our clients include federal, state and local government agencies, as well as local consulting firms.
