Adam Nunez

Adam has been leading events for over 15 years creating successful, tailored experiences throughout the globe for commercial, private, nonprofit and government entities. Adam's passion for events began in a 9-passenger van and 22ft trailer, traveling the United States and performing character-building programs in elementary schools. After time on the road, Adam earned his Business Marketing degree and Government Meeting Planner Certificate and began his career in event management. Throughout the years, Adam has become known for excellent communication and negotiation skills, detail orientation, organization, leadership, fast thinking and stamina. With his recent role at eventPower, Adam is committed to creating a culture of excellence, quality, service and profitability.

Andrea Hall

Andrea is an experienced software developer, driven by her love of technology and passion for using it to make life easier. As a Senior Developer at eventPower, Andrea's goals include creating an intuitive tool, writing clean test-driven code and coming up with innovative solutions to client requests. Andrea earned her degree from The Ohio State University and has worked in a variety of technology roles throughout the years including as a graphic designer and database administrator. When not coding, Andrea loves spending time with her three kids and the various farm animals her husband brings home.

Ariel Pankratz

Ariel started working in events when she was fresh out of college. She helped manage K-12 engineering activities and realized she loved events. Soon after, she started working for the events team at Meeting Professionals International (MPI). She moved to Seattle for a year where she assisted with both Google and Amazon events. When she moved back to Texas, she worked for MPI again but this time around specializing in event technology. She joined the eventPower team in November of 2021 as a Project Manager.

Charles graduated from the AMA Computer Learning Center with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Technology. He has spent the last 16 years working in the call center industry, beginning as a customer service agent and working his way up the ranks to supervisor, a quality assurance representative and a trainer. Charles also spent time in his career managing virtual meetings for several pharmaceutical companies throughout the United States and in the United Kingdom. Charles joined the eventPower team in 2022 in the customer service department, supporting event attendees and clients using the eventPower platform for in-person, virtual and hybrid events.

Cindy St. Clair

Cindy has spent more than 20 years in the events industry. She started her career working for a hotel organizing golf outings for groups, then for a small, private event company coordinating corporate outings and incentive trips. She spent several more years in conference sales and service for the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation crafting one-of-a-kind experiences at the historic destination. This early experience transitioned into a love of events where she has spent the last 15 years working for eventPower in all aspects of event planning and execution. Cindy's passion is working with her clients to truly understand their vision and partnering together to obtain their goals. She has a degree in Marketing Communications, and serves on the board for the Williamsburg Montessori School. She also donates her time to local organizations coordinating auctions, fundraising events and golf tournaments.

Claudia Niewar

Claudia graduated from George Mason University with a degree in Event Management. She worked in the hospitality industry during college and fell in love with meeting planning specifically. She has worked as a Meeting and Event Manager for Marriott Hotels and as a Meetings and Sales Incentive Consultant for a large insurance company. She is Virtual Event & Meeting Management certified and joined the eventPower team in 2022 as a Project Manager. Claudia enjoys traveling, especially to Europe, and speaks German fluently.

Her passion for events began when she was just 12 years old when she printed her first badge at a conference produced by her own family's media company. Her areas of expertise include: complex problem solving, project management and customer and client support.

Dara retired from the U.S. Air Force in June 2023 after 20 years as a logistician. Dara joined eventPower initially as an intern for her last six months in the military via the DoD Skillbridge Program and is now a permanent eventPower team member. The DoD Skillbridge Program provides opportunities for military Service members to gain valuable civilian work experience and connect with industry partners prior to leaving the military.

Diane spent nearly 17 years as a Sales and Trading Associate in Equity Capital Markets at Raymond James. She coordinated hundreds of roadshows and multiple conferences across the Financial sector. Diane received "votes" of recognition from some of the leading Investment Management Firms and won the Tom James Service First Award for exceptional client service. Diane earned her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from The University of Central Florida and resides in Clearwater, FL.

In her time at Raymond James, Erin coordinated hundreds of roadshows and conferences, won awards for exceptional client service and remotely managed her team of sales assistants and junior salespeople. Erin graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology. Erin joined the eventPower team in 2023 where she is an Account Manager in the sales department. She works with eventPower clients to boost exhibit and sponsorship revenue for their events using the eventPower platform.

Kayleigh's career began at a catering and event planning company in South Tampa where she worked social events from weddings to holiday parties and charity galas. In 2009 when the SuperBowl came to Tampa, her company was chosen to manage catering for the production team for the tailgate and create a dessert booth in the NFL Tailgate event prior to kickoff. Prior to eventPower, Kayleigh worked at Raymond James as a meeting planner, planning education conferences and seminars. In her free time, she enjoys working out outside, traveling to National Parks, hiking, camping, boating and traveling with her family. Her goal is to travel to every state and National Park in the United States and eventually travel internationally with her two children. Kayleigh resides in Tampa, FL with her husband, son & daughter.

After college, her career in events began managing benefit concerts and workshops throughout NYC. For almost a decade, Lana has been involved in the non-profit events sphere creating events such as walks, galas, comedy events and large-scale corporate volunteer experiences. Lana is most proud of her work raising funds for veterans and children in need. She is thrilled to join eventPower and looks forward to the exciting chapter ahead.

Laurie has over 30 years of sales and management experience in both events and publishing. Laurie graduated from Bucknell University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She began her career at Miller Freeman which, at the time, was the largest business-to-business publisher and trade show producer in the world. At Miller Freeman, Laurie was Publisher and Director of Sales of various trade magazines and events. In 2001, Laurie followed the CEO of Miller Freeman to Access Intelligence, another publisher and trade show producer. There she served as a Group Publisher of several magazines, websites and events. In 2010, Laurie joined eventPower as Vice President of Business Development.

Meet Charles

Meet Hiroko

Hiroko is an efficient, results-driven manager with more than 19 years of experience in graphic design, project management, client relations and vendor management. As the Creative Services Director at eventPower, Hiroko creates branding for as many as 20 events a year, developing branded graphics that are unique, meaningful and consistent to make eventPower's events recognizable and memorable while directing all creative projects simultaneously within strict time frames and approved budgetary parameters. For all deliverables, she sets specifications, obtains and reviews competitive bids from printers and vendors across the country, analyzes cost estimates, defines production schedules, manages timelines and ensures quality. Prior to joining eventPower, she assisted the production of The Washington Business Journal and the collateral and signage for their B2B events. As the Production Artist for a marketing agency in DC, she produced promotional materials and annual reports for Fortune 500 firms. One of her strengths is her adaptability. She is able to jump easily from being a designer to project manager, from print buyer to decision maker. This adaptability is also evident in her design work where she is able to handle any task - be it a hotel key card for an interior designer conference, a 60-page program guide for international summit, a main stage set for a tech expo, a PowerPoint deck for a congressional hearing, or digital assets for virtual events. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Trinity Washington University in Washington, D.

Meet Katie

Katie is a graduate of The University of Tennessee (Go Vols!) where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Global Studies with a concentration in Global Politics and Economics. Her passion for events developed during high school and college while she served as a volunteer for a number of fundraising events. Katie spent the last 10 years working in events with a national non-profit before joining the eventPower team in 2023 as a Project Manager. Kate came to eventPower with over 30 years experience in food and beverage, group sales, management and customer service. Prior to joining eventPower, Kate served as the Guest Services Manager at The Williamsburg Winery, where she led a team of 10-12 employees who provided ancillary services for corporate and private events. Kate was later hired as Director of Group Services at the Jamestown 4-H Educational Center, where she oversaw group and event sales. Kate has been with eventPower since 2014 and currently leads our registration team, servicing our clients' pre-conference registration and onsite badging needs. Kate lives in Williamsburg Virginia where she loves to cook, paint and spend time with her husband, twin children, and pet pugs.

Meet Kevin

Kevin's passion for events started with his internship with the St. Louis Blues Hockey Club. While there, Kevin served in several capacities, including as Guest Services Manager and in Operations as Building Manager. His next adventure led him to Visitor Services at the Missouri Botanical Garden, where he managed staffing for various events such as the annual Garden Glow and the Whitaker Summer Music Festival. Kevin found his way to eventPower through his lovely wife, who had no reservations about pulling him in to work shows in whatever role was needed. Kevin is what you would consider a "Jack of all trades", having done a little of everything. Kevin joined eventPower in 2023 as an Event Technology Specialist.

Meet Lauren

Lauren graduated from California State University San Marcos in San Diego with a degree in economics. She began her career in the hospitality industry in Las Vegas where she was a hotel manager at a large resort. That's where her love of events was born, and, as they say, the rest is history. Pursuing her passion for planning meetings and conventions, she devoted the next six years as a convention service manager for three different properties. Lauren joined the eventPower team in 2021 as a project manager where she supports her clients with a keen eye for detail, ensuring bottom-line results and exceptional execution.
