Andrew Falle balances his time overseeing the affairs of a family-owned property business and family foundation in Cambridge, Ontario.
After receiving his business degree from Trinity Western University in 1998 he began working in sales at Image Craft Inc., the family greeting card manufacturing business. Once the business was sold in 2000, Andrew transitioned into developing and managing multi-tenant industrial buildings in and around Cambridge. In 2008, at the request of his family, he began taking a leadership role in the family's private foundation - D.H. Falle Family Foundation - in an attempt to better engage the family members and define a mandate.
Andrew recently completed a term on YFC Canada's national board and currently serves on the board of One4Another International, a small charity facilitating child surgeries in Uganda.

Angeline VanderBoom has served within the charitable sector since 2010 working with several Christian Schools in financial administration and as Manager of Finance with The Foundation Office since 2014. Angeline oversees all aspects of the Foundation's financial operations including the monitoring of donor-advised fund investments and fund accounting related to each one. As a skillful manager of all-things financial, she orchestrates multiple funds into an audited symphony - in keeping with her other talents that include accomplished pianist. In her spare time, Angeline is an avid photographer and hiker, and enjoys camping with her 3 children and husband of 25 years.

Brent Fearon, MBA, MA (Theology), gained insight into the worlds of donors and charities while holding senior leadership positions in the charitable sector for over twenty-five years, including more than a decade in the field of philanthropy. He has pioneered new granting models that increase the effectiveness and impact of charitable giving through the power of collaborating, implementing of best practices, and the sharing of intellectual resources. He has also overseen the formation of a number of thriving Canadian non-profit corporations, private foundations, and public foundations.
Currently, Brent provides his expertise on several public and private granting foundation boards and is a granting consultant to Canadian and US foundations working nationally and internationally. As a relationally-minded analytical thinker who loves a good spreadsheet, Brent continues to conduct in-depth on-the-ground research in national and international charitable work.
Brent lives near Toronto with his wife of 30+ years, and together they raised two now-grown daughters who are off pursuing higher education with aspirations of changing the world.
Jannalee Anderson brings a rich and expansive history of charitable and business expertise to the board of The Foundation Office. She is a graduate of both the H.B.A. and the M.B.A. programs at the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario. After more than a decade of leading business units and teaching business at the university level, Jannalee joined Opportunity International Canada (OIC), a faith-based organization that mobilizes resources and partners with NGOs and banks to provide holistic microfinance services to unbanked and underbanked entrepreneurs in the developing world. In both her business and international charitable leadership roles, Jannalee has worked to see effective partnerships developed between donors and charities and the exponential impact that can happen as a result. Jannalee lives in London with her husband Steve and their three fur-children.
Mark McLean, MA (Theological Studies), BBA joined The Foundation Office as a Program Officer in 2020 having served in research and consulting roles in the nonprofit and philanthropic sectors. As a relational, service-oriented, and analytical person, he is pleased to provide donors with strategic, research, and administrative support for their giving.
Mark previously worked at The Center for Effective Philanthropy in Cambridge, MA, where he helped foundations from around the world assess and improve their performance by drawing on insights from their grantees, donors, staff, and foundation peers. He has also completed a Master of Arts in Theological Studies at Regent College in Vancouver, BC with a distinct interest in Christian perspectives on giving and generosity.
After chapters of life in Taiwan, Toronto, Boston, and Vancouver, Mark lives in London, Ontario with his wife and son.
Growing up on a farm near Ayr, Ontario, Peter's professional career has revolved around agriculture. After graduating from Wilfrid Laurier University with a BBA, he continued his further education receiving a CPA, CA designation. Peter has spent his last 30 years as the CFO of Grand Valley Fortifiers Limited, a Cambridge, Ontario based business serving farmers with vitamin and mineral products in the raising of livestock.
Always serving on a number of charitable boards at any one time over the last 35 years, Peter's involvement has provided a broad base of experiences in both local and overseas ministries. He has been blessed by his wife Kerry of over 35 years and together they have raised 4 adult children.
After spending many years with the Waterloo Region District School Board teaching primary French immersion as an occasional teacher, Thérèse (Terry) now serves as Administrative Assistant with The Foundation Office. Terry is responsible for post-grant engagement with charities to receive reports and maintain accuracy of our donee information. Originally from Ottawa, she studied at Carleton University and then spent her early working years in administrative roles with the Office of the Governor General and The Chemical Institute of Canada. After a move to Vancouver, she studied theology at Regent College thereafter serving in administrative roles for several years with the College before leaving full-time work to raise 2 beautiful daughters during their early school years.
