INTIMATION - Key Persons
Charlie joined us mid-way through 2023 as Digital Marketing Executive. After completing a marketing degree at Leeds Beckett University, he was left with a passion to work in marketing, especially in the creative environment Intimation provides. Outside of work Charlie can usually be found in the North Sea or watching far too much sky sports! charlie.bravery@intimation.co.uk
Craig has been working on the web for almost twenty years, building websites and web-apps for businesses of all shapes and sizes. Whether working to turn our designer's fantastic ideas into reality on the front-end, or getting stuck into a programming challenge on the back-end, the result is the same - carefully-crafted code that works well and delivers results for our clients.
After graduating from Northumbria University Eamon spent several years working at a design studio in London before returning to the North to join Intimation as one of our newest Graphic Designers. He's passionate about branding and solving problems through design.
Joining us in late 2022, our youngest member of the team, Jack, is based in our Elgin studio. Jack has a passion for web design developed in school, and he continued to develop his skillset in further education. Jack likes the challenge and problem solving that comes with coding and seeing a task come to fruition.
Based at our Newcastle studio, Karl re-joined Intimation as Creative Director in 2018. He has a pivotal creative role within our design team in both studios, and heads up our design team working on creative marketing campaigns, mentoring Intimation's designers and driving the company's creativity forward. Karl previously worked with Intimation as a key member of Intimation's design team, spending almost six years in our, then, Gateshead studio. During this time Karl developed important business relationships with a number of Intimation's clients which are still going strong to this day.

With over 8 years of experience in the creative industry, Kerr brings a wealth of experience in graphic design, video production, animation and UX / UI design to Intimation and our clients. His keen eye for detail and drive to constantly try new techniques and technology means he is never short of fresh, exciting and creative ideas to throw into the mix.
Kevin has been involved in website development since the late nineties and has created, implemented, managed and provided full support for several highly successful e-commerce sites and multi-user content management systems. Possessing such a working knowledge of Internet based technologies, he has also provided a consultancy service to many major UK businesses on a design and technical basis.

Lisa has worked with Intimation Creative since its inception and is a key member of our creative team. Having launched Rubber Lips PR in conjunction with Intimation, Lisa now heads up our marketing comms, PR & social media team, working closely with clients to develop their promotion and PR across a range of media.
Martin joined Intimation in early 2023 leading the Business Development on all things Intimation and Space Creative. Martin has 7 year's experience working in sales within a variety of sectors, with extensive experience in building relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring they receive the best customer service. Outside of work Martin spends his time watching Sunderland as well as doing his best to not score 0 when batting for his local Cricket club Tantobie.
Mattie spent over 5 years studying design across the North East resulting in a committed Northumbria graduate with a passion for branding and all things creative. His devotion to design began as a child, idolising his dad's illustration and photography skills leading him to pursue a career in the industry. Mattie is a typography fanatic with a passion for hand-type, lettering and calligraphy. When he's not at his desk he can be found illustrating the walls of our Newcastle studio with bold typography designs.

With twenty years of design experience, our Dunbar Studio Manager, Robin, has been with Intimation since the very early years. He has extensive knowledge of graphic design across a wide range of media, with in-depth knowledge of creating designs for FMCG markets. Speciality skills in packaging design, has afforded Robin the opportunity to work closely with a number of Intimation's ‘Food & Drink' clients.
Steve Sadler - Founder, Managing Director
Steve is the founder of Intimation Creative. He has twenty years experience working in graphic design, multimedia and web design & development coupled with notable consulting experience. Having held senior management roles & directorships within creative agencies and consultancies since 1996, Steve is also currently contracted as marketing strategy consultant to the East Lothian Council's Business Gateway. Steve was awarded a Fellowship of the Chartered Institute of Marketing in 2017.
