Barton Close, Witchford is developed in a village near Ely. Witchford is a highly regarded village with all local amenities, junior and secondary school within walking distance from the development site. The site has been developed into an exclusive 5 house cul-de-sac. We worked closely with East Cambs District Council during the planning stages. Each house is individually designed using Granchester Blend and Audley Antique bricks with cedar cladding incorporated in some houses and all garages to enhance and give houses the individuality that sets them apart from other developments. All houses have had Audio and Visual streamed throughout, with high specification kitchens, bathrooms, oak stair case, oak doors and extensive landscaping.
