Austin Adams is the lead mitigation technician for APR North East. Austin studied Psychology at East Carolina University. He began working in mitigation in 2014, and has been IICRC Certified since August 2014. He has traveled across the East Coast, helping to repair water to homes across Maine, New Hampshire, Ohio, Virginia, South Carolina and North Carolina. Austin joined the APR New Bern team in 2020 ready to help any and all homeowners in Eastern North Carolina!

Brett Senter is currently General Manager of Sales and Marketing with APR. Brett brings extensive experience of over 20 years in the Fire service and construction industry. He is a life long resident of the Fuquay-Varina area where he lives with his Wife and two children. Brett strives to provide the upmost in customer service and satisfaction. Our goal is to produce a high quality product in a timely manner to get your life back to normal.

Carlos Cipriano is a Mitigation Technician for APR North East. Carlos studied health at UNCP and Appalachian State University. He was a college athlete and is an outdoor enthusiast, enjoying soccer, disc golf, and videography. Carlos joined New Bern's APR mitigation team in 2020 with a focus in customer service, teamwork, and attention to detail.
David's role with APR is to write and manage the estimating process. David has over 20 years experience in the construction business. David is licensed by North Carolina as a General Contractor and is a licensed Electrical Contractor. Before joining APR, David operated a successful electrical contracting company for 16 years. David also is a board member of APR.

Frank Owens is the mitigation manager of APR with over 20 years experience in disaster response, loss mitigation, account management and sales. His primary responsibility is the management of all emergency response/mitigation personnel and functions of the company. He has industry experience in water mitigation, fire and smoke restoration, contents cleaning, mold testing and remediation, and biohazard clean up, as well as job cost estimating. Frank holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. He is IICRC certified in Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, Fire and Smoke Restoration, and Applied Microbial Remediation.

Pam Hill is the sales manager for APR North East and APR Wilmington. Pam has worked in the insurance industry as well as restoration since 1983. With her experience in underwriting, as well as previously being a licensed insurance agent, she understands the importance of customer service. She has worked in restoration for over 13 years and takes pride and taking care of people. When it comes to taking care of you or your clients, Pam is hands down the person to call!

Terry is the co-founder of APR which often requires to fulfill many different roles. Primarily, Terry is responsible for the overall field operations for APR's Insurance restoration business. This includes the complete restoration process for APR clients to ensure we deliver a quality product on schedule and within budget. Terry has built a wealth of knowledge in leadership positions spanning over 25 years with direct experience in hardware maintenance, construction, manufacturing, management and customer service

Todd is the director of field operations for APR Commercial. He has over 30 years of experience in residential and commercial construction. His primary activities include commercial sales, quality control, scheduling on the job activities, estimating and managing budgets. Before joining APR he was the vice president of a commercial building company where he managed multi-million dollar projects throughout central North Carolina. He serves on the board of APR.

Tommy is the President of APR North East. He has over 15 years of construction experience, with 7 years being dedicated specifically to restoration. He takes pride in completing all projects in a timely manner while providing exceptional customer service.

Wesley is the president of APR Wilmington and manages the day to day operations of the Wilmington office. He is a graduate of East Carolina University with a degree in construction management and a business minor. He has over 15 years of experience including residential construction, project management, and business development. Wesley is also North Carolina licensed contractor since 2007.
