For over sixty-five years The Arc of Opportunity has been a Civil and Human Rights Movement Supporting Individuals with Disabilities and their Families in the North Central region of Massachusetts. We are the largest national community-based organization advocating for and supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families. Our person-focused programs are designed to support the unique abilities and circumstances of each individual and to assist them in finding their place within their community... We commit to support each other as we serve people with disabilities and other similar service needs by following these fundamentals... We are pleased to share our strategic planning document with you, our business partners, our funders, our families, our volunteers and our friends. It provides The Arc of Opportunity with a three-year roadmap for supports, services and organization development.
