Jacqueline Calixto Jacqueline was born in Santa Fe, New Mexico and grew up with her grandparents in the four corners area. Jacqueline moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico in 1982 where she runs our in-house call center and customer care support department. Jacqueline has been with our business conglomerate since 2014.

Mairead Coogan Mairead was born and raised in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Mairead graduated from St. Michael's High School and went on to get her bachelor's degree in criminology and law studies from Marquette University and then her master's in international business administration from Tulane University. After 10 years of living out of state, working for various companies ranging in size, and traveling the world she was ready to come back home. In her free time, you can find Mairead training for her next triathlon, coaching swimming for the Santa Fe Aquatics Club, adventuring through the outdoors, or binging the next best Netflix series.Mairead's experience in marketing and business administration help drive the strategic marketing efforts that help grow a business while maintaining a loyal customer base. Mairead is intrigued with the changing landscape of the real estate industry and currently pursuing her real estate license.

Ryan Goodman Ryan is a Santa Fe, New Mexico native and avid outdoorsman. Growing up Ryan graduated from St. Michael's High School and served the community through scouting ultimately achieving the rank of Eagle Scout. After high school Ryan attended a semester in Patagonia Chile with the National Outdoor Leadership School before going on to earn a degree in Business Management with a focus in small business management and entrepreneurship from Montana State University in Bozeman. While attending school in Bozeman, Ryan met his best friend and now wife, Liz. Ryan and Liz enjoy spending their free time in the outdoors camping, hiking, skiing, backpacking, fly-fishing and more. Ryan returned to Santa Fe after completing college to work at his family run business, Kokopelli Property Management, now Landseer Management where he oversees marketing. Ryan acquired his first self storage facility in 2016 and is growing Around The Corner Self Storage throughout New Mexico. Ryan currently manages five self storage facilities with plans to open up at least two more in 2021. Ryan has automated all of his facilities offering his customers user friendly self-service options, 24-hour access, individualized coded gate access, and state of the art video surveillance systems. Ryan has developed an in-house personalized call center and online marketing division, and has integrated his customer care center and revenue management system.
