Julius is an active senior executive at HSBC, where he has enjoyed a career spanning two decades and diverse roles in each of the global business divisions. As an "International Manager" for HSBC, he has lived and worked in Spain, the Philippines, UK, Hong Kong, France, Mexico, Belgium and Switzerland.
In recent years Julius has held several leadership roles driving deeper collaboration across the firm. He is currently based in London with HSBC Private Bank, as Global Head of the Wealth Client Group and is a member of the Global Executive Committee. Before his role with the Private Bank, he was CEO and Head of Commercial Banking in Belgium.
Keen to develop his skillsets, interact and lead more effectively, Julius started life coaching in 2011 with the Coaches Training Institute (CTI). In his spare time, Julius coaches senior and mid-level executives towards achieving transformation and fulfillment in their lives.
Passionate about the culture, mind-set and strategies required for sustainable organisational success, Julius started training as an Organisational & Relationship Systems Coach with CRR Global in 2014. As deep collaboration is integral to his current role, he is coaching senior executive and frontline teams within HSBC across several markets.
Julius is authentic, dynamic, provocative and creative. He is always seeking high impact tools in support of his coaching. In this vein, he has certified as a Firewalking Instructor with the Firewalking Institute of Research and Education (Texas) and will soon be pursuing certification as a Master Instructor.
Julius was born and educated in London. He holds a bachelors degree in European Business Studies and Technology (Brighton University) and a Diploma for Experts in Industrial Production (Politecnico di Torino, Italy). He is married with one boy.
Julius speaks English, French, Spanish and Italian to complete fluency.
