Paula Shelley - CEO: Paula was appointed CEO on 9 February 2013, having joined Gracies PLC in May 2012 and appointed as interim finance director in June 2012. Paula has been a finance director with Debenhams and Private Equity businesses and has international experience across retail, leisure, FMCG and the renewable energy sectors; she has extensive commercial experience of production and manufacture through distribution and supply chain to wholesale and retail. Paula is a very strong advocate of customer service which, when aligned to fiscal responsibility, is the foundation of all successful businesses.
