In addition to having her real estate license, she also built an abstract and title company and operated it for several years.

Hunter Albrecht

Hunter Albrecht grew up in New Braunfels, Texas. His family has been in the business of real estate and home building his whole life. After earning a bachelor's degree in Agriculture and Applied Economics from Texas Tech University he decided to go into ranch real estate. This is because it's truly something he has wanted to do ever since he was a kid. He has a true love for agriculture and grew up hunting his whole life. He has been working for a brush management and ranch improvement company every summer of his college career. He is eager and willing to help you buy or sell your next ranch.

Kenneth Witt

Ken Witt was born and raised in Southeast Kentucky from a long line of musicians. He has a B.A. from the University of Kentucky and a Juris Doctorate of Law from Northern Kentucky University. Ken was elected as the Leslie County Attorney in 1998 and the Leslie County Judge Executive in 2002. Ken is a former Paratrooper and Judge Advocate General officer in the US Army. He has been a resident of Texas since 2012. Ken has 4 kids and spends time playing Banjo and guitar and at his ranch in Ft. McKavett.

Kevin C. Reed

Kevin was born in New Braunfels, Texas in 1970 and graduated from Texas Tech University in 1993. He now lives with his wife and two sons in Clint, Texas. Kevin became a licensed real estate agent with Lee, Lee & Puckitt in 2003 and became Partner in the firm in 2006. He has handled many large and complicated transactions throughout West Texas. Also with owning several cattle and hunting ranches himself, he knows very well the day to day operations for both. With this background, he is able to assist ranchers as well as recreational Buyers and Sellers.

Lane Puckitt

Lane Puckitt was born and raised in San Angelo, Texas. He grew up working on the family ranch, which instilled in him a good work ethic, how to be a good steward of the land, and an appreciation for what God has given all of us. After high school, he attended Texas Tech University and received his degree in General Business. When he graduated from college he moved to Austin, Texas and was in the building business for a major home builder. When he moved back to San Angelo in 2007, he got his agent license and began to work with Lee, Lee & Puckitt. In 2009, he received his Texas Broker License and does many Broker's Price Opinions each year for estates, banks, lawyers, and families, helping them determine options for handling their ranch properties. Lane has been involved in millions of dollars' worth of transactions over his tenure and because of this, he has become a problem-solver on helping individuals and families plan for, list, and close their farm and ranch properties. In 2010, Lane married the love of his life Marcie, a senior instructor at Angelo State University. They are the proud parents of three boys: Luke, James, and Jake. Being a follower of Christ, a husband, and a father, as well as being a servant for his clients and his community, are what bring him the most joy in life. Lane has held an active role in many boards and organizations over his career, such as the National Ranching Heritage Board, Downtown San Angelo, Inc., Texas Sheep and Goat Raisers, and the Texas Farm Bureau Board, just to name few. He has lobbied in Washington D.C. and Austin for protecting land owner rights and advocating for the hunting and livestock industries. Being with a firm that has been around for so long and a part of a long-term ranching family has given Lane the historical knowledge of where we have come from and the foresight on where we are going as an industry.

Lee Hortenstine

Lee Hortenstine lives outside Bronte Texas in between San Angelo and Abilene. Lee attended Texas Tech University before graduating in 1995 from Sul Ross State University with a degree in animal science. After graduating Lee ran cattle on a lease ranch in west Texas while also day working for several other ranches in Texas. While living in Junction Texas in 1997 Lee and a good friend decided to get their Real Estate License. In 1998 he moved to San Angelo and joined Lee, Lee & Puckitt and has been there ever since. In 2006 he became a partner in the company. Through his 25+ years he has listed and sold ranches all across the western 2/3 of Texas. In 2002 he married his wife Tammy and they have 2 children, Hunter is attending Texas Tech and Zoey is a Senior in High School who will attend Texas Tech in the fall of 2023. Lee enjoys hunting and ranching most weekends you will find the family at a rodeo or sports activity watching Zoey and Hunter. On weekends there is nothing going on they can be found at their family ranches in Eastland and Shackelford counties hunting, fishing, or just messing around. Lee has made many friendships through the years selling ranches. He is always ready to help someone with their next buy or sell.

Lee Puckitt

Lee Puckitt comes from long-time ranching heritage in Tom Green and surrounding counties and continues in his ranching operations. He holds a BBA from Texas Tech University, Texas Real Estate Brokers license, New Mexico Qualified Broker license, and a Texas Certified General Real Estate Appraiser. He was honored to serve on the Board of Directors of Crockett National Bank and as past President of Texas Sheep & Goat Raisers Association. Lee currently serves on the Board of San Angelo Safari Club International. He and his wife Sandy live on the family ranch near Water Valley, Texas. They both enjoy traveling for big game hunting and have fun playing with their 5 grandkids.

Leslea Charlesworth

Leslea Charlesworth was raised on her family ranch in Pecos County, after graduating from Iraan High School, she attended Sul Ross State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. While attending Sul Ross, Leslea met her husband of 22 years, Brent. Leslea and her husband have two daughters, Colee and Emilee. In addition to raising her family, Leslea enjoys assisting her husband with the family ranching business located in the Big Bend area. In her free time, she enjoys roping and hunting with her family. Leslea is excited to use her past experiences and knowledge to help people find just the right property.

Martin Lee

Licensed in 1962 and shortly afterwards becoming a Texas Real Estate Broker. Original founder of our company having transacted thousands of acres of sales. Martin is an active rancher operating family lands with over 100 year legacy. He has also built 100's of homes and commercial buildings. He founded Pinion Petroleum Drilling and Operating many oil and gas properties. His multi-faceted experience creates a top notch mentor in all areas of the Ranch Real Estate business. Martin Lee went on to see his Lord and Savior on October 10th 2023. His influence and legacy will be never forgot in the ranch real estate market and in the company he founded and loved dearly. Land.com has honored him in an article on him and his company that he built. The articles are titled "A Lasting Legacy" and "In Memoriam" of Martin Lee. Here at LLP he will be missed, but never forgotten.

Tom Lee

Tom Lee has been a farm & ranch sales broker for 49 years and a farm & ranch appraiser for 25. Tom was raised in an agricultural background and has 58 years of experience managing operations on personal ranches and 37 years of experience in wildlife management. Tom is also a Howard College and Sul Ross University Alumni and has participated in numerous outside ranch, wildlife management, and appraisal courses.

Tres Watson

Tres Watson was born and raised in Midland Texas. His love for the outdoors came from hunting in New Mexico and in Schleicher County at his grandparent's ranches. Tres graduated from Angelo State with a degree in Real Estate Finance in 2007. After college Tres moved back to Midland to pursue a career in the oil and gas industry but his interest in real estate and ranching never left. In 2011 T-Rey Ranches acquired land in Kent and Scurry County and Tres and his family started a cow/calf operation. Since that time T-REY Ranch has expanded out and started raising quarter horses and fullblood registered wagyu. In 2009 Tres married Ashley and is the proud dad of his two children Ryder and AnnaClaire. When Tres is not chasing kids around sporting events he loves to load them up and head down to the ranch for some fishing and hunting. Tres is eager to use his expertise and love for the outdoors to help you find the ranch of your dreams.
