MIGDALIA FLETCHER

Migdalia earned her bachelor's degree in Communication Disorders and Cultural Anthropology from the University of Connecticut and her master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Gallaudet University. Her career in education includes over 22 years of experience in public schools and private special education schools and clinics, serving students across all grade levels for school districts and families across the state of Connecticut. These unique educational and professional experiences laid the foundation for Migdalia's expertise and passion for working with culturally and linguistically diverse and neurodiverse students. Her expertise lies in assessing language, reading, and writing disorders and designing research-based intervention plans for students with complex learning profiles (ADHD, ASD, Bilingual, Deaf/Hard of Hearing, Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, 2E learners). Migdalia is also fluent and qualified to provide evaluations and interventions in English, Spanish, and American Sign Language.
