MAGNUM ENGINEERING - Key Persons

Don received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Grand Valley State University in 2005. He worked as a mechanical designer at JR Automation previous to starting Magnum with Ryan Don is a native of West Michigan and before his engineering career he was an auto body mechanic. He has always had a tinkering personality and was bitten by the car bug early. As an avid DIY'er he is always trying to figure things out and make life better for his family and others. Don has been married for over 15 years and has two wonderful and inquisitive children. He has been actively involved with his sons Cub Scout pack and ran their model rocket program for several years. By partnering with Ryan to build Magnum, he has been able to use his talents and natural curiosity to help clients realize their dreams and hopefully make the world a little better place.

In 2006, Ryan Phillips was focused on the design and development of acoustic loudspeakers. After realizing the potential to serve a much broader market of electronics manufacturers, Magnum Engineering began a mission to help entrepreneurs and leading organizations build great products. Ryan's vision was to help entrepreneurs, investors, and tinkerers with complex electronics projects to help them realize their full potential.
