He is a highly skilled Information Management Business Consultant/Project Manager with over 35 years commercial experience in the IT/IS industry including 30 years project management. He is PRINCE2 accredited and has worked in all aspects of project, application development, and maintenance lifecycles across multiple industries and in many roles. He has provided consultancy support to many organisations and has strong technical abilities as well as sound business judgement. He is commercially focused having gained his experience within both the public and private sectors.
Over the last 23 years Malcolm has focussed on Information and Knowledge Management, specialising in Electronic Document and Records Management (EDRM). He has supported many public and private sector clients to improve their information management in the UK, Europe, Asia and Middle East.
