I am an entrepreneur, business process consultant, and a small business co-owner. I like to innovate solutions for automating manual tasks and using technology to automate manual processes. I am passionate about integrating my technology background with business process management experience... At the University of Michigan Library IT, I have been working as a Program Manager for Strategic Projects since 2016. In addition to my Program Manager responsibilities, I am also responsible for the management of the IT portfolio resource allocation and cycle planning processes. I have a deep interest in the integration of IT and management practices... Before transitioning into project management, I worked as a Software Engineer for about 15 years. My programming skills help me understand the IT processes' complexities and provide automated solutions for manual processes.
