Phoenix Rising Rentals LLC is a Florida based business offering affordable homes in the Lake City, FL area. Phoenix Rising Rentals was founded in 2010 by Chris and Amanda Bethea who wanted to own a business that would make a difference in serving the needs of the community in which they live. Chris and Amanda worked hard to provide housing that people could afford without breaking the bank to make it easier for someone to have a home without having to have 2 or 3 jobs to do it. On top of running Phoenix Rising Rentals they both had to work normal jobs making it sometimes difficult to get everything done because sometimes there just isn't enough hours in the day. Chris being a Fire Fighter by day and landlord by night (or all kinds of off the wall shifts) has always loved the idea of helping his fellow man and Amanda being a great wife and mother to their 2 girls worked hard to help him along the way.
