Attorney Carlos Quiñonez is a native of the Lower Valley area of El Paso who obtained his undergraduate degree at the prominent University of Texas at Austin. He then returned to this region with a clear mission to practice law with the utmost skill and integrity, making a difference for people in need of legal counsel aligned with their values and goals.
Mr. Quiñonez is a versatile, respected civil litigator with extensive trial experience in Texas and New Mexico courts. Among other honors, he served as president of the El Paso Family Law Bar Association for 3 years.

Carlos Quiñonez was born and raised in El Paso, Texas and attended Del Valle High School. Once done with high school, Carlos enrolled at The University of Texas at Austin and received his B.A. in Economics. He enrolled at Texas Wesleyan University School of Law and showed great work ethic and ability for the study of law, as evidenced from the Dean's List for Fall 2004 and Spring 2005.
Carlos has been an active member of the legal community for over seven years. He was president of the El Paso Young Lawyers Association in 2012. He was also the president of the El Paso Family Bar Association for several years.
While he has been working hard and successfully managing his own law firm for the past 10 years, it's not uncommon to run into him at his son's cub scout events in the evenings. He is excited to help you with your legal matters and listen to your concerns.

Minerva Alcaron joined Quiñonez Law Firm, PLLC, in April 2018 as a member of the Litigation Group. Minerva has worked as a legal assistant in the areas of personal injury, family law, and criminal defense. Minerva currently supports Attorney Carlos Quiñonez in his litigation practice and provides direct support, including court liaison, client relations, and customer service. Minerva is responsible for all of the firm's internal and external communication efforts.
Victoria Terrazas joined Quiñonez Law Firm, PLLC, in January 2018 as a member of the Litigation Group. Victoria handles all of the civil litigation, including all matters involving probate litigation, domestic relations, and insurance. Victoria provides support to all of the clients of Quiñonez Law Firm, PLLC, and serves unique needs by providing sharp advocacy throughout every step of the legal process.
