After gaining a Bachelor of Engineering Degree from the University of Queensland, I have covered a wide range of roles within the engineering, construction, building and internet industries. My experience includes technical, manufacturing, production, sales, marketing, finance, business development and general management roles. I am passionate about organisational effectiveness - getting alignment of the vision and strategy, systems and structures, and people through strong leadership. My true motivation comes from wanting to make a difference... I have also been involved with music my entire life and support the theory that maths and music are happy friends. For the past 20 years, I have been the Musical Director of numerous groups, from small close harmony ensembles through to community choirs.
