has spent his whole working life in various sales and management positions within the paper industry. After completing college, Mr. Thompson began working for Dixie/Marathon (Dixie Cup and Marathon Paper) which at the time was a division within American Can Company. Mr. Thompson remained with American Can Company up and through the sale of the Dixie / Marathon division to James River Corporation. Mr. Thompson was district sales manager in New York City and Connecticut at the time of sale and before leaving to join Wisconsin Tissue. He worked continuously for Wisconsin Tissue for seventeen years rising to become Vice President of National Accounts. He managed accounts for customers such as McDonald's, Burger King, Wendy's, Arby's, Brinker, Darden Group, and Yum Brands, along with other big brand names. Mr. Thompson left Wisconsin Tissue soon after the Company was purchased by Georgia Pacific Corporation and he decided to leave to pursue his own business. Mr. Thompson started his manufacturer's representative (brokerage) business called Pro Rep Sales, LLC in February of 2002. Now fourteen years in the making, Pro Rep Sales is a well-known and leading brokerage firm in the Midwest, with several people working for PRS. Even with the success of Pro Rep Sales, Mr. Thompson longed to get back into the paper business. He constantly worked on ideas and projects focused on his knowledge of the food service industry and their paper and packaging needs. It is through this process that Mr. Thompson created Thompson Products Group, applied for a patent on his "Napkin in a Bag" concept. Mr. Jay N.
