Katie Rudd

Katie Rudd, Advanced MFT Intern, is a credentialed counselor affiliate in Washington State (CG61360056) working to obtain her Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northwestern University. Katie utilizes Integrative Systemic Therapy (IST) in her work with adolescents, families, and couples, collaborating with her clients to help untangle the complex knots that are formed interpersonally and challenge us individually. Working to identify strengths and resources, Katie will work closely with clients to come up with solutions and skills needed to overcome a wide variety of challenges. Katie has experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Solution Focused treatments. She will provide a supportive environment- free of judgment. Katie has worked with diverse clients from all walks of life and is equipped to help you address your mental health and relational concerns. Katie Rudd is currently an Advanced Intern, working towards her clinical license and is under licensed supervision.

Rebecca Barrett

Rebecca Barrett, MA, LMHC is a Washington State licensed mental health counselor (LH 61335891). Rebecca enjoys working with adolescents through older adults that are experiencing difficulties with life changes, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), depression, grief, and communication issues. She utilizes a combination of modalities including evidence based and solution-focused informed treatment including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal communication skills. Rebecca has experience working with sexual and gender diverse individuals. She is committed to providing safe environments, where all feel accepted and valued. She helps individuals create and meet their goals by providing education, skills building, and support.

Tamara Odland

Tamara Odland, M.C., LMHC, is a Washington state Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LH61283069).

Terri Paquin

Terri Paquin, MSW, LICSW, is a licensed, independent clinical social worker in Washington State (LW 00009763). She earned her Master's of Social Work from the University of Washington in Seattle and has been licensed as LCSW in the state of Maine. She is a member of the National Association of Social Work. Terri works with adolescents and adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, interpersonal relationship issues, ADHD, and PTSD. She has experience working with sexual and gender diverse individuals and is committed to providing safe environments, where all feel accepted and valued. Terri practices a variety of evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
