Boyce currently serves as President of Boyce Industries, Inc., the parent corporation for Missouri Neon Company (Since 1934), Missouri Neon Outdoor Advertising, Signlink and VISIONTECH Digital Displays. Boyce has worked in the sign industry since 1974 and has served as past-President of the Missouri Outdoor Advertising Association (MOAA) as well as the American Council of Highway Advertisers (ACHA) based in Washington, D.C. He has lobbied on behalf of the sign and outdoor advertising industry for many years as a professional sign consultant and business advocate.
