Our focus is on the regular maintenance of properties, instead of getting to issues when remedial works are becoming severe... Getting to know each individual property is important to us and helps plan and maybe prevent, problems escalating in the future. Instead of being a middle-man channelling calls from tenants to the property owner or to tradesmen, we take that extra responsibility to be the on the spot expert. We help decide what the best options are to get repairs made.
