Gemma heads up our HR Department and gets us through our ACS accreditation year after year which is by no means an easy feat. Compliance and adherence to best practice guidelines is key to RGM's continued success and Gemma constantly has her finger on the business pulse when it comes to meeting the highest levels of industry standards.
