Aisha qualified at the University of Birmingham in 2007. Aisha has worked at Water Orton Dental Centre since 2008. Aisha is also an Educational Supervisor for the Foundation Dentist.
Aisha really loves working in general dental practice and treating a diverse mix of patients with a variety of problems.
In her spare time Aisha enjoys spending time with her family and eating out with friends.
Mr. Soni has completed his Bachlor of Dental Surgery training from India and the moved to UK in 2006. He had joined master program at University of Sheffield in Healthcare Management.
Mr. Soni joined his first senior house officer post in picturistic Devon in 2009. Following that he had worked at several Oral & Maxillofacial unit. He has been trained to provide IV seadation. He had provided dental treatment under IV Sedation for IMOS patient.
Mr. Soni joined his first staff grade post at Royal Cornwall hospital in Truro in 2016. He has worked as staff grade at a varous units. Mr. Soni has over 12 years of experience working in various OMFS unit, permorming vaious oral surgery treatments such as removal of complex wisdom teeth, removal of burried roots. Extraction in a medically compromised patients. Mr. Soni can provide treatment under local anaesthetic, IV Sedation and local anaesthetic or General Anaesthetic.
Mr. Soni has completed course for implantology to provide dental implant service. Mr. Soni has interest in TMJ pain as well, Mr. Soni can provide Botox treatment for Jaw joint pain.
His interest outside work is traveling ans playing cricket. His team has won the 2022 Cricket on Ice trophy.

Dr Heshaam Mughal obtained his BDS from King's College London in 2014. Heshaam completed his Foundation Training in 2015 at Water Orton Dental Centre and joined Water Orton Dental Centre as one of our Associate Dentists.

Dr Zubair Sacranie is a highly qualified and experienced clinician in the fields of cosmetic dentistry and dental implantology. He qualified from the Dundee Dental School in 2000 thereafter completing his two year General Professional Training Scheme.
In addition to being a member of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, Dr.Sacranie has been awarded a Certificate of Implant Dentistry from Warwick University and attained his Master of Science degree in Dental Implantology at Sheffield University in 2009. He has worked extensively throughout the UK with leading cosmetic and implant surgeons.
Dr. Sacranie routinely receives referrals from other dentists for restorative and implant dentistry as well as for facial aesthetics and botox treatments, the latter which he has been providing for over four years.
With his skilled and enthusiastic team of associates, hygienist and dental nurses, Dr. Sacranie employs the latest technology and techniques to provide exceptional dental care for his patients. Dr. Sacranie's main aim in practice is to create a cheerful and relaxed environment which will allow his patients to enjoy their dental experience with him.
Karen began her career at the Birmingham Dental Hospital where she gained her Dental Nursing Diploma. She then qualified as a Dental Hygienist with a certificate in Dental Hygiene from Manchester Dental School in 1983.
Karen has worked at Water Orton Dental Centre for over 16 years and continues to provide our patients with a friendly and professional service and tailors oral hygiene needs to each individual patient.
In Karen's spare time she is a keen member of a local amateur dramatic society and enjoys the outdoor life caravanning with her family and 2 pet dogs.

Kevin has been a practising dental technician for over 35 years specialising in chrome cobalt metal dentures. Kevin has a great interest in providing life-like retentive dentures for his patients at Water Orton Dental Centre.
Kevin works closely with our team in the provision of implant retained dentures, with life-changing results.
Kevin continues to expand his knowledge and interest in implant retained dentures and the provision of metal partial dentures, incorporating many cutting edge techniques such as precision attachments and milled crowns.

Laiba Waseem joined Water Orton Dental Centre as an Apprentice Dental Nurse in November 2023 and is doing her apprenticeship at in Dental Nursing at the practice and with BMET college, Birmingham.
Laura Hawthorn is one of the practices Registered Dental Nurses. Laura joined the practice in 2006 and qualified as a dental nurse in 2008 in Birmingham.
Throughout Laura's time with the practice she has excelled in assisting the clinical staff, acting as a lead staff member for all of the nursing staff and as an excellent aid to the management of the practice.
Laura has experience in running the practices Minor Oral Surgery and Dental Implant clinics and excels when training new dental nurses when they join the practice.

Laura Smith is our longest standing member of the nursing team. Laura joined the practice in 2002 and qualified as a dental nurse in 2006 in Birmingham.
Laura is an excellent assistant to the dentists, dental hygienists and foundation dentists and is always willing to complete tasks set, especially audits.

Danni has been the Practice Manager at Water Orton Dental Centre since 2010. She started at the practice as a Qualified Dental Nurse in 2007 and worked her way up to Practice Manager.
Danni Qualified as a Dental Nurse at the Birmingham Dental Hospital in 2006. Danni has a qualification certificate Oral Health and has achieved Diploma in Leadership and Management in 2017.
Danni enjoys both Practice Management and still occasionally assists the dentist's and hygienists so as to keep her clinical skills sharp.
Seher joined the practice in June 2023 and is doing an NEBDN course in order to get her Dental Nurse qualification.

Sidra qualified in 2023 from University of Bristol. Sidra is the 12th Foundation dentist we have been pleased to welcome to the practice and she will be working closely with trainer, Dr Aisha Awan

Sunita Bashir is our Assistant Practice Manager. This means she helps Danni in the management of the practice but also as a point of reference and guidance for all of the team.
Sunita joined the practice in 2013 as an apprentice dental nurse, achieved her dental nurse qualification in 2015 in Birmingham and achieved her Level 4 Dental Radiography qualification in July 2018.
Sunita manages the practices Minor Oral Surgery and Dental Implant clinics.
Tara joined us in June 2021 as a dental receptionist. Tara makes all patients feel welcomed to the practice and is able to put patients at ease.
