Clarian hope is a company dedicated to providing the best quality care possible. We currently maintain two residential care homes that provide 24/7 care for Adults with learning disabilities in the Neath and Port Talbot areas. We pride ourselves on our excellent and diverse staff team that are kept up to date on all necessary training. We have made it our mission to ensure anyone that stays with us feels welcomed into their new home with ease and can feel comfortable and safe in their new environment... Our care facilities are furnished with personal posessions to ensure service users always feel at home... Clarian Hope aims to provide homes that offer continuous stimulation relevant to individual service users needs and wishes. All service users are actively encouraged to participate in meaningful activities on a daily basis. This includes daily participation in the local community.
