I am a systemic family therapist who enjoys working with people of all ages and backgrounds. My training in systemic therapy enables me to work with individuals, couples and families of all shapes and sizes who are struggling with some aspects of their lives... I work with people in a comfortable, confidential environment to look at how to introduce change... Many people come to see me with a form of depression. Some may have lived with this for a long time and are looking for a way to improve their lives apart from using medication or in conjunction with it.
