Tony was admitted to practice in 1977 and has been a Principal since 1982 firstly in Remington & Co. situated in South Melbourne, and thereafter Remington Wright & Co. in the outer eastern suburbs.
Having previously completed a Bachelor of Arts majoring in legal studies and sociology Beth worked in Marketing & Administration and Event Management. She then decided she wanted to complete her Bachelor of Laws and subsequently completed her Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice in 2014.
Having completed a contract position with The Fair Work Commission Beth joined Argent Law as a Junior Lawyer and gained experience in multiple facets of law.
She has worked as a lawyer in suburban firms providing legal advice and assistance on a broad range of matters including property law, preparation of Wills and Powers of Attorney, Probate and Letters of Administration, Testators Family Maintenance Claims etc.
Beth has recently re-joined the Argent Law team and is focusing her attention on Wills, Powers of Attorney, Probate, Administration of Estates, and Testators Family Maintenance Claims. She can assist clients from start to finish when administering an Estate. Beth prides herself on the rapport she builds with her colleagues and clients. She goes above and beyond to ensure she achieves the best outcome for her clients.
Betul completed a Bachelor of Law at La Trobe University and was admitted to practice in June 2020 after completing her Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at Leo Cussens Centre for Law.
Betul has been a part of the Argent Law since August 2021 and has been practicing in Family Law, Estate Law and Property Law. She is passionate about family law and aims to provide clients with a kind and caring attitude and strives to resolve legal issues with an empathetic and understanding approach.
Outside of work, Betul loves to travel, visit her favourite restaurants, and going to the beach. She also loves fashion and all things beauty related.

Bobby joined Argent Law as their Practice Manager and manages the day-to-day operations of the business.
In his previous roles as CFO of legal firms, Bobby was instrumental in providing sound financial, operational, and strategic advice to the Board and Directors when implementing transformational change during a period of significant growth within the organisation.
In addition, Bobby has over eight years of experience in the area of insolvency, business recovery and risk management at Pitcher Partners where he worked as a Financial Controller for companies in financial distress.
Bobby is a proven leader with the ability to mentor, motivate and develop high-performing teams to deliver exceptional results.
Outside of work, Bobby enjoys spending time with his family especially with his young children and playing and watching cricket.

Darby brings a wealth of experience to the team at Argent Law as a corporate/commercial lawyer with more than 30 years of hands on legal experience. He is the trusted legal advisor to clients in industries including property development, franchising, retail and hospitality and professional services.
Darby's many years of experience and understanding of the business environment, enable him to support clients across a broad range of practice areas. He has a particular interest in Wills & Estate planning, business succession planning and asset protection but is also significantly experienced in corporate commercial work and property law.
Darby consistently provides clients with practical and uncomplicated legal solutions and is seen by his clients as a trusted business advisor and his "hands on" commercial approach to the law ensures that their businesses operate seamlessly to mitigate risk.

Elly has recently joined the Argent Law Team in 2021, in our Family Law Department. Elly enjoys all aspects of parenting and property matters, and prides herself on her personable and understanding nature.
Elly holds a Bachelor of Law and a Bachelor of Criminology from Deakin University, having finished her studies in 2018. Whilst studying Elly worked as a trainee in a generalist law-firm for three years, before furthering her professional experience in the United Kingdom with the Medical Practitioners Tribunal Service, after concluding her University Studies. Upon returning to Australia, Elly briefly worked as a Judge's Associate in the Federal Circuit Court of Australia, before practising in both Victims of Crime and Family Law.
Outside of work, Elly enjoys spending time with her young children and escaping to the seaside when she is able!

After working 35 years as a primary school teacher, Toula retired satisfied with the knowledge that she had had a productive and very worthwhile career. Retirement proved not to be as satisfying as she thought and Toula sought to re-enter the workforce, wanting to put her various skills and expertise to good use.
Toula worked as an administration officer and receptionist in a well-known eastern suburb's real estate agency for two years.
When the opportunity to join Argent Law as Office Manager came along Toula didn't hesitate one moment; always keen to learn new things and new skills.
