Through his leadership with the West Houston Association, Lee most recently led the creation of "Houston Stronger," a broad coalition of business and community leaders dedicated to working with government officials to fund and implement a comprehensive regional flood and storm resiliency plan to safeguard citizens, property and the environment.

Mike Garrison brings more than 30 years of professional experience in infrastructure, planning, design and construction to his role as North Texas Operations Leader. He oversees the day-to-day operations of three offices in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex, as well as the firm's Waco office and two offices in Arkansas. His main areas of focus are on operations and growth within the region, as well as key strategic initiatives within the company. Mike has earned a reputation for building stakeholder consensus on complex projects such as the Grayson County Tollway Study, a 33-mile extension of the Dallas North Tollway to the Texas/Oklahoma state line, and the 17-mile reconstruction of IH 30 through Rockwall County.

As operations leader for the Southeast region, Randy Randermann leads the firm's geographic expansion efforts outside of Texas into the southeastern United States. Since 2017, he has successfully opened offices in North Carolina, Florida and Georgia. His day-to-day responsibilities are focused on business development efforts, attracting new team members and leading operational initiatives across the region. He also provides leadership and oversight for the firm's real estate and facilities group company-wide. A registered professional engineer with over 30 years of experience, Randy has provided feasibility, planning, design, project management, and construction administration services for a wide range of public and private infrastructure projects. Prior to the firm's expansion into the southeast, he served as the Houston region operations leader.

Rodney R. Heisch

With more than 30 years of civil engineering experience, Rodney Heisch is responsible for the Houston region operations - which includes offices in Houston, Katy and The Woodlands. In addition to providing operational guidance to the regional directors, he is also active in client engagement and public service. He is currently serving on the City of Houston Planning Commission, a 26-member board responsible for reviewing and approving subdivision and development plats. As the former director of BGE's Land Development department, Rodney's team provided services to more than 110 municipal utility districts and many Houston area master planned communities. Having worked on a variety of land, site and public works projects throughout his career, he has a keen understanding of the challenges and expectations of both public- and private-sector clients.
