Stephanie Bown is a highly experienced medico-legal specialist. She is a registered medical practitioner and an accredited mediator with a law degree. She is a former senior executive at a medical defence organization (Medical Protection Society) and was director of the National Clinical Assessment Service before moving into consultancy in May 2015... She has worked with a large clinical unit to improve team working through facilitated group discussion and team training and she has investigated interdepartmental disputes and dysfunctional team dynamics. Stephanie also delivers training in systematic investigation techniques and duty of candour with excellent feedback.
