Clent Hills Counselling is a friendly, supportive and confidential counselling service based in Clent. Counselling can offer you a safe space to explore your emotions, experiences, problems or decisions you have to make... During our first session we will get to know each other and see if we think we can work together. It will also be an opportunity for me to gain an understanding of what you hope to achieve from counselling and to explain in more depth how counselling might help you... If you choose to continue, counselling can offer you a safe space to explore your emotions, experiences, problems or decisions you have to make. You will have the chance to have your story heard, to express your feelings and to consider options. We can work together, at a pace that suits you, to help you find a way forward to a more satisfying and resourceful life.
