DEBORAH CALLENDER

Deborah Callender is a marine environment physical scientist with the Naval Oceanographic Office. She has been in this position for nearly a decade, and brought to it her skills gained as a project and data manager, surveyor and geospatial analyst... In preparation of this career, Ms. Callender first earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Utah in 1985. She continued at the University of Redlands to earn a Master of Arts in management. From there, she supplemented her studies with an Associate of Arts in Computer Systems Analysis from the University of Maryland College of Europe. Always committed to her education, she earned a second master's degree in computer science, geology and GIS certification from the University of Southern Mississippi.
