Craig Phillips - Managing Director

Craig has been involved in property one way or another since 1999. Having left the army his first taste of property was in an estate agency where his brother was a branch manager. In 2016 G8 Property was formed and it has just gone from strength to strength since. Craig has given presentations at large property training companies and now offers one to ones for people starting out in the property industry. G8 Property has won Agent Rainmaker 2022 demonstrating high standards and processes in the property management industry. As a property investor himself, a coach and mentor his vast knowledge helps others to reach their property goals. "I was shocked winning this prestigious award I felt absolutely elated and for once lost for words it's a fantastic achievement for me and my staff at G8 Property" He has a passion for helping homeless veterans, something he knows only two well. Working with Project Nova, he has now housed over 80 veterans and given them safe, affordable accommodation where they can get back on their feet. Having launched G8 Homes for Hero Craig hopes to expand his work with veterans through his go fund me page.
