GRASCOTT FIREWOOD

Our firewood is mixed species (although we can supply all hardwood or all softwood on request), kiln dried or seasoned for 2-3 years and stored undercover in a barn. Most of the firewood we supply is harvested from our 200 acre forest here at Grascott Farm in Shebbear, North Devon - we do buy other material in from neighbouring woodland owners when we need to. All the firewood we supply to our customers comes from woods which are sustainably managed under approved Forestry Commission guidelines - the wood comes from thinning the forest and when we fell trees we re-plant even more. We have a very beautiful forest and mange it for the long term; for the timber and firewood it can produce, as an ecosystem and habitat for native flora and fauna, for recreation and as a vital part of the landscape... We have been selling Premium Quality Seasoned Firewood for over 30 years and pride ourselves on both the quality of the product and the delivery service we provide... We are a Registered BSL..
