I experienced the struggles of growing up with an emotionally immature parent - one who was self-centred and disinterested in others. Although I excelled academically, forming close relationships proved challenging in adulthood. However, through years of personal therapy, I discovered the transformative power of healing... Inspired by this journey, I dedicated five years to training as a therapist. During this process and in subsequent work with clients, I recognised the enduring impact of an emotionally immature parent on a person's life. This realisation fueled my commitment to specialising in helping individuals who share this experience... I started my psychotherapy training at the Metanoia Institute in London in 2010, culminating in a Diploma in Counselling four years later. Subsequently, I earned a Masters in Psychotherapy from the University of East London.
