HIITPad Fitness currently offer one2one personal training, and group sessions in the form of the popular 4 week Intensive Academies. Both the one2one sessions and Intensive Academies are taught out of our full equipped gym in St Georges in Telford, and taught by former PRO Kickboxing and Muay Thai Champion Lee Whitfield. All of our services are super effective, professional and highly enjoyable... Our group training comes in the form of our popular 4 week Intensive Academies. The 4 week Intensive Academy follows a syllabus that implements basic technique in stages, mixed with intense yet enjoyable exercise, and builds on this throughout the 12 sessions. By the end of week 4, fitness will be massively improved and everyone will be technically efficient with the basics of boxing / kickboxing and pad holding.
